I have been charged by Spotify for the month of August, Sept and Oct for each month and I did not subscribe to this music serviceI tried to call customer service but could not find a telephone number on their site I googled Spotify and finally found a cr another user had posted online I called and explained the issueThey claimed they could not find an account ending my the last digits of my credit card number They wanted to console into my laptop to connect to their server which made no sense to me as I am a network engineer and could not understand why they would need access to my computer The customer service employee ended up hanging up on me when I refused that he connect to my laptop I would like a refund for the full $they have stolen from me and will continue to each month for $ Please help with refund and cancellation of this subscription

Spopify keeps taking money out of my bank accountI cancelled my subscription and the keep taking my money out of my bank account

In January I signed up for Spotify premium subscription There were no problems with my account until I changed my subscription to the family plan so that my children could also benefit from the services that I was paying for I thought the extra $per month was worth it I changed my subscription on June *** I was not informed in any manner that changing my subscription would change my payment date
I get paid once per month on the last day of the month which is why I scheduled the Spotify payment for the last day of the month
On August *** Spotify attempted to take the funds from my bank account This is days before the date I expected them to take the payment, and before I get paid I am a single mother I work jobs The only way to contact Spotify is by email The only response that I have gotten from the people is that the payment will be taken on or around the due date, and that I should ensure the funds are in my bank to cover the fees Well the fu

I pay for the premium Spotify service which is supposed to have no ads
For several days around the weekend of July * Spotify placed ads for Drake all over the service I contacted Spotify who acknowledged they put ads all over the paid no-add service but only said they would "evaluate future efforts"
Why am I paying for a premium no-add service if they are going to place ads all over whenever they feel like it?

I received an email from Spotify, stating "We've updated your email address..." and indicated that my email was changed from *** to *** and if I needed anything eslse to please contact Spotify - but there is no way to contact spotify
I of course responded to the email that Spotify gave, to which they replied that they basically cannot help me until I provide all of my financial information
It took someone nothing to get into my account and change the information to their own and now I have to provide detailed Financial Information to get my account back?
No way!

I notified the organization of a double charge on my bill for the monthly service Unfortunately, the organization has no other contact method other than email The company has repeatedly asked for me to send sensitive identifying and banking data via email through an unencrypted email This puts my information, life and family at risk The organization has continuously refused to provide any alternative method to contact them As a result of requesting protective measures, I am being forced to have the overage continue unless I expose my information This appears fraudulent at best Please assist I am no longer comfortable with an unknown individual asking for sensitive data through email

Signed up for a trial subscription over a year ago at the end of the trial tried to cancel and have not been able to do so Here is now customer service number to call When I go to the website to cancel after following the direction it says I can cancel as I have the free subscription then tries to sell me on the premium service The issue is I’m being charged monthly for the premium service that ibve never used When I go to the app is shows I have the premium service under the same account The app doesn’t t allow you to cancel the service only the website does I have been trying to cancel this account for months now

Been a paying Spotify customer for a few years now and attempted to get the student discount applied to our account after returning to school in the fall of The first attempt with Spotify customer service was clunky as they have no phone support and only correspond via chat or email, followed all of their instructions to no availBeing extremely busy a few nmonths went by and we decided to follow up again to get the discountThe second time around we spent over an hour on the chat trying to validate my student statusAfter validating, the customer service rep said he couldn’t locate our account with the discount (makes no sense whatsoever) even though we’ve had money come out of our checking account for the last two years from themAt that point I decided that I didn’t want to pay for service from this company anymoreI closed the account, and the customer service rep had no trouble locating the account to do thatI asked to be escalated to a higher echelon of customer service over the phone and was told they couldn’t do phone support$a year and I can’t get a human on the phone

My Spotify account was recently hacked, as I got a notice from the company about an e-mail change from *** to *** I replied to the courtesy e-mail stating that the change was not correct The next procedural move from Spotify was to ask for my first receipt, partial credit card information, and a copy of my bank statement showing where payment had been applied I informed them that I do not feel comfortable sharing any of that information over e-mail, and they have been insistent I asked them to cancel my subscription and they refuse to cancel my subscription because I won't provide them what I consider to be PII over what could potentially be an unsecured medium given that my e-mail may have been hacked I have no idea why they won't just unsubscribe and send me a cancellation notice They have suspended my account because of the hack being performed, so I do not have access to their product anyway

I canceled my account months ago, and am still getting charged monthlyThere is no phone number supportOnly emailI will be changing my credit card number in order to avoid further charges

I signed up for a free trial of Spotify I cancelled my membership before the trial was over Spotify still charged my credit card I contacted them to resolve They have no telephone numbers, only online support available after logging into your account They promised a refund of the transaction in 3-business days and closed my account as requested
Still no refund and now, with no login, I have no means to contact them except via email or submitting a form on their web site

spotify has been charging me for family member rates yet I do not enjoy the the seviceAfter contacting what they consider to be customer support no one has been able to resolve the fact that I pay for family member sevices yet do not receive them and have never received them, I believe this company to be a scam and want all dues returned to me due to incompetence, I pay for a service I do not receive and no one is able to fix
