I am a student and using the student discountOn [redacted] I received an email from Spotify to re-new my student membership for the year, which I didOn June I was charged the premium amount, which caused my back account to overdraw and cost me $in feesSpotify said they sent that mistake by accident and that I re-newed my membership "too early," which is why I was charged the full monthly amountTrying to resolve this with spotify has been an absolute nightmare-they only use email and a different person reads your email each time so there is no case continuity and no one reads the emails that are preceding it

Spotify offered a promotion for customers who started a family they would receive a google home miniI started a family plan during this promotionI chatted with them on because I had not received the google home miniI was told to search my junk mail for a link for the google miniI found the link and started the process however, the website said it was experiencing technical difficultiesLater on I received an email stating it was a promotion and sorry I didn't get the advertised item but there wasn't anything that could be doneI tried chatting to explain on but was told again sorry you didn't receive the product but just be on the look out for other promotions

My debit card number was stolen a couple of months ago and the thief set up a recurring charge with Spotify My bank notified them last month that the charge they made against my bank account was fraudulent and put a stop-payment order in I was issued a new card and somehow Spotify obtained that new number and charged my account again this month

I have had a subscription with Spotify since 2014. I started with the free subscription, but later upgraded to premium. Now, for reasons of my own, I am trying to downgrade back to the free subscription. The app and the website offer options to downgrade or cancel your subscription, but when you follow prompts it loops you right back to where you started never allowing you to downgrade or cancel. Also, there is no contact phone number that I could find. I spent a full hour trying to resolve this on my own, but to no avail. All I want is to downgrade to free access before I am billed again on 10/*/2016, and keep my music. The service and performance quality is great, with the exception of flexibility to downgrade from premium. I await your response in the matter. Thank You. [redacted]

Hello, In response to the customer's complaint, the user wasn't able to provide a cancellation email, which is automatically sent to a user when they cancelThe card they were charged on is a card they supplied when originally subscribing - the card wasn't changed on spotify.com throughout the entirety of their subscriptionThere doesn't appear to be any sign of the user attempting to cancel on our internal system either The account has been cancelled, and the payments made since May have been refunded, even though it goes against our Terms & ConditionsWe believe this issue has been resolvedWe'll no longer contact the customer, at their request Thanks,
