Spotify's bu****it and their rigged money theft
1.
constant useless updates that have IN NO WAY AT ALL resolved a single existing problem since day 1! (which means within 7 fking years) pathetic!

leading directly to next issue...

2.
-all those many buggs and freezes for absolutely no reason other than cheap programming (and not fixing st, see point 1)
- those being points themselves as foowong...
3.
-whenever I am connected to a bluetooth device, it wont play any song unless I restart spotify

4.
-no real shuffle functionality (repetition of the exact same 20-100 songs)

5.
-discover weekly and radio is insufferably awful and offers any random indie artist without a single care for language of the songs or artist these 'suggestions' are based on.
further more the radio stations offer the exact same songs over and over since (my) day one (in 2013), no matter that you disliked the songs multiple times already n order to prevent another encounter. after a year or two spotify radio is useless for the lack of music alone.

6.
-discover weekly artists and songs reappear although the were disliked on radio and previous discover weerklies begore. this is just cheap and lazy st.

7.
-radio, discover weekly and new release radar actually gave me fking artist interviews to listen to. WHY THE HELL WOULD I WANT TO GET SUGGESTED INTERVIEWS WHERE PEOPLE SPEAK ABOUT THEIR HARD OR GOOD TIMES MAKING THEIR ALBUMS? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!

8.
-I don't care for those hundreds of dull playlists, especially not as an indie rock fan.
you cannot even grasp the mentality and feeling of this kind of music and are dim witted enough to dare to sugget a 'Indie' playlist to me that (right underneath the image and name of this playlists, among all the others) mentions 'lana del rey, florence and the machine and ed sheran'! ARE YOU fkING KIDDING ME?! this is plain and simply outrageous! all of the mentioned 'aRtIsTs' are an insult to music and the entire indie scene... I cannot eat or drink as much as I wanna puke when I see or hear that fake fk ed sheran!

9.
-drake (among other dumb fks like 50 cent) were suggested to me once. I wish I could shoot you, daniel ek. don't ever encounter me at night in the dark...

10.
-how is it that you still have not included the possibility to delete certain songs of ALL pf my playslists? some people have immense amounts of songs and it would be ridiculously easy for you to enable days of saved time through this. instead if someone finds themselves with 40 playlists and 500 songs to delete out of all of these, I have to delete them playlist after playlist... ☺️ but since you simply never gave a darn, you -of course- don't implement this.

11.
customer support pracitcally does not exist. they iterate the same dull responses to every single issue on every single forum entry (sometimes -no kidding/ even multiple times within the exact same thread!) even though it does not make any sense. no other solutions are available. ever. how is that even allowed happen in 21st century?

"delete and reinstall everything. maybe buy a new computer actually. change your entire life so we don't have to fix spotify for you for which you paid for seven years, it. also, we cannot reimburse your previous three months of struggled premium. but we offer you three months free in case you reinstall everything and ignore continuing troubles in order to remain a paying dumb fk."

in forums they actually use bots that copy paste the same responses everywhere and its merely about five -MAYBE ten- of those bots that reply to everything the same way without giving a darn. if I ever find that fake fk behind spotify forum bots like that bh 'Katerina' I will shoot you in the face.

"we're so saaawwy. why don't you go ahead like the dumb masochist fk you are and cause yourself more pain by deleting everything and reinstall an app that should work so easily and fine, since it is hardly more than a fking vlc player, so we can pretend we helped you while you continue paying us, like the previous seven years you dull shmuck? 🤤"

12.
-there is not a single day where there are not 20 songs or more that have to be downloaded even though I have not changed anything at all.
those songs are the ones that spotify keeps removing and adding because... -oh ya- because fk you.

spotify is genius in ignoring this since 2013. entries in forums exist since 2011.

13.
-on my macbook air, which simply never had issues or freezes, sudden closures of applications or ANYTHING AT ALL (which is why poor me buys expensive stuff like this in the first place), which I use half a year less than spotify (six and half years now) spotify is the only thing (with youtube) that causes CONSTANT issues, freezes, stutters and what not else...

the worst: since five months I cannot use spotify premium on my computer because spotify wont let me paly my music offline.
online, no issues there (except of course the hundreds of issues never resolved) as soon as spotify claims there is an internet issue however, or whenever I am disconnected from wifi, it refuses to play my downloaded music, even though it is not disconnected at all.

guess what the pathetic support bots offered as solutions? guess what I did already before they said it? guess what did not accomplish anything? (at all?)

14
-whenever such mentioned 'cOnNeCtIvItY iSsUeS' (aka random made up spotify trash) appears Spotify is fully unable to allow me to dislike a song from radio or discover weekly. instead it goes on forever with the pretense of 'lOaDiNg' while it actually simply does nothing at all. everything else yet fully functions.

now comes the ridiculous part:

whenever I simply turn on airplane mode in such a case (wicked me) disliking or liking functions immediately, while it wont function about 10-20% of the time even WITH internet, due to ostenisble connectivity issues, leaving my dislikes/likes as if they never happened. #becausefkyou💁🏼‍♀️

so we conclude:
spotify is incapable of remembering my rating while being busy doing a single other thing, which would be: nothing at all, since nothing happens when it waits and loads.

pathetic!

16.
-spotify algorhythms and radio are laughably bad. you failed to grasp the concept of music and individual taste completely. it is almost fascinating how much you did wrong... but given how society created a niche for basic bhes and logan pauls to survive better with absurd idiocy, I suppose I should not be surprised at all.

17.
-I turned on the fluent crossover setting (years ago) which just recently all of sudden without any update or reinstallation whatsoever began to freak. Instead of playing the next song when the crossing begins it suddenly skips the song and jumps to the one that would usually follow after that. -and after exactly 7 seconds it pretends there is no internet and stops playing entirely.
I cannot even put songs into a waiting line anymore since "haha, screw you, dumb paying spotify user, I now do st my way 💁🏼‍♀️".

18.
-Spotify shuffle does not exist. It is rigged to such an obvious extent as to replay the exact same 100 songs out of thousands and thousands of songs in my playlists, as well as on ANY radio station, be it a song from the 60ies or a modern rock song, does not matter to spotify, it will force the same exact artists and songs on me, no matter what. This exists since day one. It is absolutely clear that this is done on purpose in order to get more money of those specific aritists.

19.
-Since day one whenever you open spotify on your mobile device, no matter if premium customer or not, you get a spam window that tells you to go online EVERY fkING TIME!

20.
-spotify obciously got worse since 2013, except for maybe the black layout. as mentioned before, not a single error was fixed and instead they accumulated with each passing month and each pseudo update that brought all the new fancy glitches and insufferable problems. the radio for example got even worse, messaging was removed, lyrics were removed, more music keeps being deleted and suddenly re downloaded every fkING DAY...

dear Daniel Ek, why would I want to listen to music just because some others listened to it who also listened the other song I like? all you do is applying the rotten mechanics via media manipulation of pop industry trash.
just because a majority of people who listen to charts in hopes of being liked by their surrounding (too afraid and dumb to be themselves) does not mean all the world functions like this.
and this is actually a crime. it is how you betray yourself. you wanted to be a "revolution to the world of music", yet you only serve mainstream labels, advertise their trash even to millions of people like me by offering mainstream playlists to just everybody, no matter if premium or not, no matter if they listen to that loser dRaKe or not, no matter if it is an insult to art and thus to life itself or not.

and that you don't care is seen in all those useless updates that only serve pathetic changes of how spotify looks instead of fixing your garbage that exists for ten years!
it shows in your dirty profits from trading with user data. screw you for this alone!
it is shown in the irrelevancy of your support bots in forums and per email. it is shown in how you care more for the will of labels than the artists. you should have refused that sociopathic bh of a pseudo artist (taylor swift) rather than arranging a deal with her. you should have allied with indie artists and caused commotion and true musical revolution. but instead you do the opposite. you have turned to the disease itself.

you moved from once 'relatively ugly but amazingly functioning' to 'prettier but constantly changing weirdly' while being almost useless and more of an offline music player... oh wait, scratch that last part about offline.

you moved from great to insufferably awful. the last good thing that happened was turning spotify dark, which was around early 2014 or late 2013.
everything else ever since was trash. and now I am out.
a single year you entertained me. the rest was more a burden than anything.

You, Daniel Ek, are too dumb and incapable to create real shuffle, real radios with new songs I am looking fore, you are too pathetically dumb to make Spotify distinguish between rotten pretentious jazz and indie rock or pop, too incapable to fix bugs, spotify is not able to make out the difference between offline and online and I cannot use offline mode since half a year now and you refuse to fix this st, you force people to go online and annoy everyone EVERY fkING TIME with an alert 'reminding' everyone just when they open spotify that there is no internet connection and we must turn it on, which wastes seconds that we dont have, you steal sensible data and sell them, you support media whores and mainstream labels only, and there has not been a single fking improvement EVER since I began using spotify in 2013.

I hope many will join in. apple music, here I come. By "I hope" I mean to say PLEASE join me in this and leave spotify forever. After all this, they don't ever deseve a second chance. Spotify has turned into the Hitler of music streaming just like youtube. You can see it on forum entries from 2012 that have entries ranging uo to 2019 and even 2020 with hundreds of people complaining about the exact same issues mentioned.
NO, Spotify does NOT care and WILL NOT fix issues if enough people complain. And their customer support is so obviously fake (given their user names alone, like thaz bh Katerina, spamming the exact same text to no matter which issue). They are a bank that steals money given how they do not offer a real service, since I can listen to almost all my songs on youtube for free, without having to pay for bugs.

fk you daniel ek, you dull, pretentious freak. If I ever get my hands on you or those freak bots...I hope you die of a glial tumor and prostate cancer and lose all your money to apple music.

Hey, Responded to customerAttempting to locate accounts charging to stop payments Thanks,

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Spotify has asked for an authorization code that is not available from the bankI have contacted the credit card company and they will not give out this numberThe issue is NOT resolved at this timeI would like to be notified when they resolve this issue In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I rejected the response because I have not been contacted and was even recently charged after receiving an email from them before writing the complaint confirming that they would not charge my cars againI can provide proof of every charge so I'm not sure why they're not locating it In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] That is absolute [redacted] I very clearly detailed in my correspondence with spotify why that was not possible, but again, as they've been doing for the past two months, they obviously did not read anything I've sent themTo summarize: I deactivated my [redacted] account over THREE YEARS ago, I don't remember the passwordWhen I had to go back and deactivate my account again after they reactivated it, I had to contact [redacted] to have my password reset because I didn't know the password anymoreMore importantly, just to double check, I went through the steps it would have taken for me to accidentally log in to [redacted] , and it is simply not possible that I would've mistakenly gone through all the steps necessary to log in to [redacted] (I would've had to click on the button that clearly states: "Log in with [redacted] ," then a NEW BROWSER WINDOW OPENS, it directs to [redacted] 'S log in website, where I would've had to enter my email and [redacted] password--that I haven't know for three years)I'm sorry, I know that everyone who works at spotify is a [redacted] it, but there is no way that by accident I went through all those steps when all I was trying to do was play musicI didn't accidentally go through the process of signing in to a website that I've deliberately avoided for three years just to listen to a songI would have noticed that I completely left the application spotify and was suddenly on the [redacted] Internet In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi,I have replied to [redacted] today and this should now be resolved. Thanks, [redacted]
