I'm dissatisfied because Spotify is unwilling to resolve my issue they just keep asking for additional information that they've already received from me. It's quite simple; services are being given out for free that I paid for for two years by quite few people that I've asked and I want my money back and I haven't received even that option from them or anything else for that matter. They continue to ask me if I have information about people when I have a conversation over the phone and via email with them prior to contacting Revdex.com it was of no concern to them-apparently it wasn't even recorded. I just want my money for the 2 Years of service back. Something needs to be offered!

I have done a little investigation on this, it seems we have responded to a couple of the emails you sent in, one of these being in february, we asked for some more information on the account so we could find the charge and return the money to you, however we received...

no response. After this we received an email through today which we have responded to. 
We are very keen to get this resolved for you.

Hello,The customer states they have provided us with information to support their claim, but we do not have any record of this.Regarding the claim that a person is receiving Premium features for free, this is not something we have seen - The Premium features have always behind a paid subscription. If this is the case, we would require further investigation in to the exact account receiving these features. Without this, we would be unable to consider the suggested resolution the customer desires. Regards,[redacted]

Again this is the same boilerplate response Ive been getting after numerious attempts to contact the Co. I DO NOT USE [redacted]!!!!!!! I CAN NOT LOGIN  USING **!!!!! Please stop referring to ** login. Can I please speak with a rep from you copmpany. 6th request. This back and forth via email is time consumiong & a waste of time. This issue could have been resolved in a 5 min phone call. Please cancel my account. Please reimburse all charges to my AMEX card.

 I've looked through my email and spam and all I have is a bunch of junk email from Spotify advertising new music or whatever; there's no receipt. you're going to have to look it up by my credit card number

I emailed the company Spotify back and they asked me to email them my credit card information. They asked for the first 6 digits on my credit card and the last 4 digits of my credit card. I am not comfortable emailing out this kind of information.  I emailed spotify back and told them how I feel and they're insistant that I email my credit card information. I dont that this is the best way to handle this because apparently when we gave them our credit card information in the first place thats when I had multiple charges from them to my bank account which they somehow cannot find but they can certainly charge my card 1-2x per month. Please help me figure out a better solution with them rather than the one they're asking me. I do not think that is customer service friendly.

We cannot find any accounts that have been charged with the customers' email addresses provided in the first contact.  I will be contacting the customer directly via our case reference 
sans-serif; background-color: rgb(252, 252, 252);">[redacted] and will help resolve this issue.
