We were unable to locate any hotel reservation using your name, email address and phone number provided. We reviewed your reservation further and verified it is restricted. In normal circumstances, your reservation is non-refundable. As a one-time exception to the cancel policy, a refund of 174.13 USD was issued for the airline component of your trip on March 12, 2017. Please note that the 7.45 USD processing fee per ticket is non-refundable. In addition, a refund of the rental car component for 108.84 USD was issued on March 14, 2017. I am rejecting this response because:  The explanation that the individual component prices not being available is simply not acceptable to me.  I do not understand how the company's system is able to add the component numbers together into a singular value to charge me, yet not be able to then itemize those values.  The numbers must exist in the system, since they were at some point added together.A separate email indicating that I paid my bill in full is not a sufficient explanation of charges incurred.  As a consumer, I feel I have the right to know how much I paid for each service I used. To that end, the explanation given does nothing to further define what I need to know.

I am rejecting this response because:
Your information is incorrect.In fact it was me that had to initiate a phone call being Priceline and my bank. Priceline, per my request, told me I had a credit coming in 1-2 billing cycles. It is with that information that I asked my bank to grant me a emergency credit while waiting on the funds, so that I could rebook my flight. My bank credited me by reserves the right to take the money back out of my account if we do not receive the refund from Priceline.  Given all the hassle and lies on your end, I have little faith as to when I will ever receive this refund.This case is not closed until my bank receives the refund from Priceline. Therefore, I will contact the Revdex.com again until the refund is processed.Please understand that it was your company that failed me time and time again; I was told on 11/19, 11/23, 11/26 that I would have the refund in 5 business days. It was on those same dates that I was also told you were waiting on Air India to issue a waiver code, and that it may never happen, this meaning maybe never receiving a refund. That it was not your problem.You should be ashamed of your company. You asked to hire yourselves as my travel agent for this flight, yet I had to do all the work. I had to call Air India on conference code to get the waiver code- you failed me on your end. I had to call the bank to get the emergency credit- you failed me on your end. With the emergency credit I recieved, I had to purchase new and even more expensive tickets because of the lack of timeliness of tor end. As a result, I am asking not only for a refund but to be credited for the price difference in new tickets as well. If you had not failed me in taking so long to deal with this issue, I could have purchased new tickets at a cheaper price than you originally sold to me.Please rest assured that this case is not closed. Not only my bank receives the refund on your end.
