Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Attempts were made to complain about the accommodations No attendant was on duty at the front desk area and no person answered the phone It was AM At 6am I finally found someone who seemed very inconvenienced at having to get out of a chair to speak with me and annoyed that I requested the location of a vending machine as there were none visible and no bottled water or drinks were provided in the room or available at the front desk for purchase The person at the desk simply said “just walk a few buildings down” and turned and walked away I assume they were referring to another business If the business claims no attempts to complain were made, they are dishonest No resolution will be accepted less than a full refund I have tried to upload pics from the room but am not able to do so for some reason Will be glad to email them if requrested They have been sent to the business Sincerely, [redacted] ***
