Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because contract clearly stated flexible cancellationOnce I made the reservation on the day of cheand received the confirmation by email, and it said that there is no cancellation, I called Priceline immediately about the discrepancy on their own websiteI would not have booked if the contract did not indicate "flexible cancellation." These words are advertising and because of this I requested that the reservation be cancelled immediately, and also requested that they let the hotel know I would not be checking in [redacted]
