I am rejecting this response because:
I'm rejecting this for now until I see that refund back in my account I placed this order way before the holiday hoping to use it for July 4th weekend
we most definitely did help. we opened a claim. we actually provided a refund for the customer. so we did help we always do this is why we are the place to shop

I’m attaching the emails and data pertaining to this chargebackAs instructed, I responded to our processor that the goods were delivered to entered shipping address, signed for by the recipient given the ‘Direct Signature’ requirement, and that our shipment had proper weight matchingOur partners at *** responded to you letting you know that case was closed as customer fraud given the details of situation and, as such, I tagged the order Chargeback Fraud to avoid potential future scamsAs of this moment the chargeback has been escalated twice and we are pending resolution from processor for reversal confirmationIf you need help with anything else, let me know

The issue is this customer is a charge back fraud customer
