I requested that my account be closed and 1.00 fee stop being taken out. I was told that my account was closed however they keep charging me 1.00 despite my account being closed.

They have locked my account for months yet proceeded to continue to charge me a subscription fee, use my funds, and not allow me to trade or transfer when market is high or low. They would not allow access to my own money. They kept asking for me to upload my bank documents when I did multiple times. Then after months of them completely ignoring me. They said I need a statement of my old bank account. I don’t live in the states, I don’t have any of my old documents from an account I closed over a year ago. Especially since I only do paperless. I have proven. They have no problem locking me out of my account after months proving its me and my money and yet still taking subscriptions. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. I just want to transfer my money and never work with them again. No real customer service or any logic reasoning on why I can not have access to my account, my funds.

This company is a scam I had recently transferred money into my stash debit account in the amount of $500 and waited 3 business days and when the funds were made available I was only able to use $40 when Stash had put a lock on my account. I gave Stash CSR a call just to find out that THEY CANNOT UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT and they do not have a reason as to why and how long my account will be lock for. THIS IS RIDICULOUS WHAT KIND OF BANKING BUSINESS PRACTICE IS THIS ???

I cannot seem to get MY money out of a ROTH account. Since May 2019i have been attempting to withdraw 315.00 and to date I have not received I have sent countless emails and got one stupid excuse after another. Their business practices are criminal.

I signed up for and used the Stash app on my phone back in early 2017. Used it for a couple of months and determined that I didn't want to use it anymore. I cashed out all of my cash except for 27 cents. I don't know why they wouldn't let me get the last 27 cents. I closed my accounts and deleted the app from my phone. Fast forward to August 2019, I notice a new $1 charge from Stash debited from my checking account. I load the app on my phone again and log in to an account that was not closed and somehow I am signed up for a subscription that I did not authorize. I contacted them and asked them to cancel the subscription and and refund my money. They responded very quickly about ending the subscription and closing my accounts. Never mentioned the refund. I had to contact them 2 times after asking for the refund and they eventually responded with they were not giving me a refund. They claim to have made several attempt to contact account holders about policy changes. I did not sign up or authorize this subscription and I closed my account over 2 years ago. Unknowingly Stash did not close my account in 2017 and will not refund the money they stole from my checking account. Stash is a very deceptive company and are doing bad business.

Stash did contact me offering to refund the money they took from my account only after a Revdex.com complaint was filed. I had asked several times for a refund, but this attempt only happened after my account was closed and their resolution was for me to open the account back up and add my bank account information to it again. I am unwilling to do that because I do not trust Stash to not debit more money out of my account unauthorized.

I closed this account and they are still withdrawing money from my bank account

Yesterday I opened a Stash App account online. Immediately afterwards I changed my mind. I tried to close the account following their instructions but it wouldn't allow me to close the account. The Stash App is linked to my *** Bank checking account. I notified *** not to allow any transfers of funds from *** to Stash. I followed up again with Stash in 3 emails but still have not received confirmation that the account has been closed. I fear they will begin taking funds from my *** account. I am a retired senior citizen on a fixed income of Social Security so I cannot afford to have that happen. Please help!

Stash app will not open at all. Have tried reinstalling and updating and nothing works. The same thing has happened to everyone I know who has this app now. I am in a tight spot and needed to withdraw what little money I had invested in my accounts but now that it is very obviously a scam and locks you out of access to your money yet charges every month I want everything I have invested returned to me. If I woulf have known this was a crash app con I never would have trusted in it. Ever.

Two weeks ago I filed a request to close my account with STASH, due to having a financial hardship. The app indicated 5-7 business days. Last Friday after my 5-7 business days had passed I called an spoke with a representative and he instructed me to have the funds transferred to my STASH card and that was the quickest way to receive funds back. He also said I might have the funds on Saturday but for sure by Monday. On Monday I checked the STASH card account and the refund had not been processed. Because of my current situation, broke, I called again and spoke to a different representative who told me that because I called at 5 something Eastern time the refund could not take place until the next business day. I then explained to him that I actually requested the refund two weeks ago. He had no explanation for why the initial request had not been processed and said I should have it by close of business today. It is now 6:25 and still no refund. I am so frustrated as they had no problem doing my auto withdrawal so why is there a problem receiving my funds back. I will NEVER use this service/app again and will also recommend that others do not as well because they hold your money hostage.
