I've been trying to unlock my account for like five months now with no help from anyone I cant get in contact with anyone

charging crazy fees for pennies on the dollar with out my permission then locks my account so they could charge even if I dont buy anything. They asked for bank statement because I want cancel everything and get refund. how can you start the if your info is not correct. stash is complete rip off. I dont recommend I found other things with no mangement or other fees. I have $13 in 8 months they have charged more in fees then I have made. Stash is unprofessional overall been trying to close account since may because of this and they did not respect my wishes at all, I do not want to do any further business I want my $135 refund ASAP.

I have stash for almost a month now and apparently my debit account & investment account was lock after making a few transfer from my own *** into stash with a couple purchase and withdraws due to suspicious activity . I was requested to submit documents ie. drivers license and a copy of my bank statement which I did now after being told to wait for the review that it could take up to 2-5 business days I get an email stating that my investment account has been unlock BUT my debit account lock will still remain on and that theres no way to take off the lock and my money would be stuck into the account for possibly 2-3 years before it will be turned into the state and I will have to collect MY OWN MONEY that was transferred from a joint account between me and my wife from the state that I am currently living in. I have never heard of this kind of practice of a banking institution anywhere else in this world. Stash wouldn't even return the funds to the originating account instead they are stole it and just holding it.

I invested money into stash I sold one of my investments worth $9 and they told me that they will not refund me the man in the office name is Steven he also said I will not get my money back I simply asked if they could give me my money or credit me for it they said no and also this is a fraudulent bussiness my friend had the same thing happen and they said the same thing I will not stand to be robbed of my money

It is stated in the STASH Invest wrap agreement that funds from sales will become available two business days from sale of stock/fractional shares. Many times, days go by with none of my funds made available. I have sold EVERY day of the week, yet no funds have been made available. Yesterday, was yet another instance where I have no funds available. I have contacted this company SEVERAL times about this issue. Answers range from a representative trying to convince me I do not understand the process, to rep. Acknowledging issue but stating there is so much activity that rep. Is unable to solve problem but assures me account/ issues will be sent to an engineer!? Or most often no response. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told none were available. I asked for a manager to call when available... no call. At best, this company’s practice is questionable. At best would be if the company addressed this issue within a timely manner. Once it is brought to the company’s attention, to not act swiftly, it becomes a criminal matter.

Well I guess it did, because then a couple of weeks later I got a paper in the mail that said I had $5 in my stash account. So I go to try and invest the $5 but my account still says 0. After some investigating I found out that they charged me $5 for the print outs of my account balance that they sent me. Let me repeat that, THEY CHARGED ME $5 FOR SOME PRINT OUTS that they sent me. It turns out if you don't verify your email address, they send you a printed statement of your account by mail and they charge you $5 for it. However I was not told this up front, and also I didn't realize they needed verification of my email since they had no problem spamming me more than once a day. I have since contacted them 3 times via the app with no response. This basically just adds up to a scam. Think about how much money they're going to rake in doing this to people and getting away with it: advertising that you can invest for only $5 but then they will charge you the ENTIRE $5 for some printed papers if you didn't realize that you didn't confirm your email? And why would you realize, when they're sending you multiple emails daily? SCAM.

I have uploaded supporting documents multiple times in order to "close" my account and get my money back. Despite the fact that my bank was bought out and during the upgrade the last four of my bank account were changed, this is the same account that I opened Stash with. All I want is to close my account and get my $80 back.

I requested for stash to stop taking money out my checking account and did connected my bank account from the stash account and they still taking my money out. I filed a stop payment through my bank and filled out the request they sent me but all it does is say there was an error please try again and they take more money out my account. They will not stop getting money out my account
