This letter is in response to your correspondence dated June 13, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received on the same day, about the service of the Mr***’s mortgage loan. We apologize for the wait time for reaching a customer representative, however, any time there is
a large transfer of loans it creates unusually high call volume. A customer service representative called Mr*** on June 13, and was able to resolve the payment issue with borrower. The borrower was given Statebridge’s technical support email address for help with his web payment issues. All payments and communication should be sent to Statebridge Company, LLC, *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** Mr*** can contact us with questions about taking and processing payments at ###-###-####, Monday thru Thursday 7:am to 8:pm MST., Friday 7:am to 6:pm MST., and Saturday 8:am to 12:pm MSTRegards, Jacquelyn Richards Borrower Correspondence Team

This letter is in response to your correspondence dated July 11, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received on the same day, about *** *** account. We apologize for the error and provide the following as an explanation of what occurred and what needs to occur in order to
completely resolve this issueThe error originated when Statebridge received payments for another account with your loan number on the checks, and posted the funds to your account on November 03, in the amount of $384.05; on November 13, in the amount of $598.11, on January 22, in the amount of $598.11, and lastly on March 1, in the amount of $598.11. This error caused your statements to indicate the incorrect amount due. After Statebridge discovered the error and removed the erroneous four payments from your account, we corrected the accounting error, and your account now reflects the correct due date and balance due amount on your account. Your letter stated that a Statebridge representative told you there were unapplied funds in your accountThese funds were part of the payments applied in error and were removed from your account on July 11, Please see the attached payment history confirming that we did not receive payments for a total amount due of $1,as a result of the accounting and statement error discussed above for your December and January payments. Despite this error, you currently owe $2,which accounts for December 2015, January 2016, and July We researched the proof of payments that you sent to us, and have attached a payment history confirming we received and posted those payments. Statebridge has waived the Late Charges in the amount of $and the NSF fee in the amount of $34.76. Statebridge has stopped negative reporting on your account and corrected all derogatory credit reporting for the payments that were applied incorrectly. Please allow days for this to be completed. Your statements have been restarted, unfortunately while Statebridge was researching your account the statements were stopped. If your payment records do not reflect the same amount due, please send in copies of the front and the back of payments made or bank statements supporting these payments. We apologize for this error and will be happy to work with you to get your account current through a repayment plan. Statebridge has stopped the foreclosure process and will offer you a repayment plan extended over time to make up for the missing payments for December 2015, January 2016, and July Please contact our Customer Service Department at *** ***, so we can work together to get your account current. Regards, *** ***, Borrower Correspondence Team, Enclosures

This letter is in response to the correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on October 30, 2017, regarding *** ***’s mortgage loan. Upon review of the above-mentioned loan, Statebridge determined all fees were
properly assessed to *** ***’s loan. The reinstatement quote dated September 29, 2017, good through October 27, 2017, quoted a total reinstatement in the amount of $3,162.96. Which was based on the May 1, through October 1, mortgage payments in a total amount of $3,282.36, $in Late Charges, and $in Corporate Advance fees, less the $in unapplied funds Statebridge posted *** ***’s reinstatement funds on October 24, and credited them to the loan as received on October 23, 2017. These funds were credited toward the May 1, through October 1, mortgage payments in the total amount of $3,282.36, $toward the late charges, $toward the inspections, and $toward the BPO fee. The inspection charges are reflected on the reinstatement quote under corporate advances. Property inspection and BPO’s performed because of delinquency are considered to be borrower recoverable per the terms of the enclosed promissory note and mortgage On October 20, 2017, a $BPO charge was assessed to *** ***’s loan. Accordingly, this charge was not reflected within the reinstatement quote, as it was assessed to the loan after the reinstatement quote was generated; this fee should have remained outstanding after the reinstatement funds were credited toward the loan. Nonetheless, when the reinstatement funds were received Statebridge credited $toward the $in late fees, leaving $outstanding. The additional $was credited toward the BPO fee rather than the remaining late fees. On October 30, 2017, Statebridge waived the remaining late fee. As of the date of this correspondence there are no outstanding fees on *** ***’s loan. Please reference the attached payment history as confirmation of the above Below is a breakdown of all fees assessed to *** ***’s loan during the time Statebridge has serviced the loan. As illustrated in the chart, the last late charge Statebridge assessed to *** ***’s loan was on August 17, 2017, in the amount of $8.90. Date Assessed Item Amount November 17, Late Charge $January 17, Late Charge $February 17, Late Charge $April 18, Late Charge $May 17, Late Charge $June 19, Late Charge $July 18, Late Charge $July 26, Inspection $July 26, Inspection $August 15, Inspection $August 17, Late Charge $October 20, BPO $ If *** *** should happen to have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at (866) 466-3360, Monday thru Thursday 7:am to 8:pm MST., Friday 7:am to 6:pm MST., and Saturday 8:am to 12:pm MST

This letter is in response of Statebridge Company, LLC ("Statebridge") to your communication dated May 14, 2015, with
respect to *** *** and *** *** mortgage loan accounts
Our records reflect that Statebridge has the above referenced loans set up on monthly billing cycles, therefore, mortgage statements are mailed out every days or soEnclosed are the last three statements for each account, for your referenceIn addition, the mortgage statements are generated and sent out a month prior to the payment due dateFor example, on loan XXXXXXXXXX, the most recent statement date is 5/5/for the payment due date of 6/2/This is to allow for sufficient time to send in the payment, after receiving the monthly statementThe statement also states that, "If payment is received after 6/12/15, $late fee will be charged." The payment date and late fee date remain the same for the term of the loans
As of the date of this letter, there are no late charges due on loan XXXXXXXXXXLoan XXXXXXXXXX currently has a late charge balance of $for late payments in January, and March, A copy of the payment history is enclosedTo avoid late fees in the future, Statebridge offers an automatic ACH option which allows the borrower to set up reoccurring payments to automatically draft from their account on any day they choose, prior to the late fee being assessedEnclosed is an ACH Request FormIf the borrower chooses this method of payment, they will need to complete the enclosed form and return it to the address provided below
Lastly, our records further reflect that the vacant property registration fee was removed from the account in September,

***Document Attached***
Here is a copy of a bill received in the mail on Tuesday May please look at the statement date and then look at the due date?? This is the kind of stuff we have been dealing with for years nowThis late fee was also waived on April by Annabelle but it seems like since they found out we reported them to the Revdex.com on May then decided to change their minds and this bill was printed on May however the due date was prior?? We also called on May to question this invoice and we were told by *** that there was a "glitch" in the system and once again this late fee was going to be waivedAlso please take note as to my regular payment of $arriving on time and with the extra cents they decided to put to a late fee charge?? it should be applied to principalWe questioned this to *** and once again she really couldn't give ua a concrete answer as to what happenedSo this is just one of the many incidences we have been dealing with for the past few yearsAlso once again to date of May 29,we have not received a mortgage coupon for loan XXXXX which is due by June which proves their statement of sending invoices out days prior as an invalid statement on their partThank you

This letter is in response to the correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on November 21, 2016, regarding Mrand *** ***’s mortgage loan. This letter is in response to the correspondence dated, June 6, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on the same day, about the payment methods for the aforementioned loan number. Please be advised the methods of
payment for the mortgage are not specified in the terms of the promissory note. The payment options are based on the options offered by the servicer of the loanAt this time the options Statebridge offers for monthly payment is to mail a check or certified funds, web/phone pay using a checking account, completing a transaction using *** *** or Automatic Clearing House (“ACH”) enrollment We apologize for the wait time for reaching a customer representative, however, any time there is a large transfer of loans it creates unusually high call and email volume. This letter is in response to the correspondence dated, May 27, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on the same day, about the current unpaid principal balance of Mr***’s mortgage loan. We have conducted a
thorough review of Mr***’s account and determined there to be no error in the current unpaid principal balance. The total amount of $192,listed on the enclosed Proof of Claim filed June 15, 2011, only includes the interest due through the date filed. Therefore, all of the arrearage payments in the amount of $37,were applied in full to the total amount due. Whereas based on the enclosed amortization roughly only a third of each post-petition payment is being applied to the total amount due and not the full amount. We have enclosed a copy of the accounting ledgers for both the pre and post-petition payments as well as our payment history. Lastly, we have received a copy of the discharged bankruptcy documentation and updated our records accordingly. However, as a business policy, Statebridge does not remove an account from active bankruptcy status or report another status to credit reporting agencies until we have received executed court documentation showing the bankruptcy has been terminated. If Mr*** or his bankruptcy attorney currently has this documentation they are encouraged to provide it and we will make the necessary updates Regards, *** *** Borrower Correspondence Team Enclosure(s)

This letter is in response to the correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on February 24, 2017, regarding Ms***’s mortgage loan. Upon review of the above mentioned loan, Statebridge determined Ms***’s
February 1, 2017, monthly mortgage payment was received and credited on February 1, 2017. While processing Ms***’s payment it was inadvertently processed twice. Therefore, on February 7, 2017, Statebridge received notification from *** ** *** that the check was rejected as “contact maker” for the duplicate entry. Statebridge has verified Ms*** did not accrue any late fees or return check fees due to the error and is currently due for the March 1, 2017, monthly mortgage payment Statebridge credits all payments received on the date they are received and does not hold payments. Payments received after the day grace period, if applicable, will be assessed a late fee as prescribed in the mortgage and promissory note Statebridge has verified Ms***’s September 1, 2016, monthly mortgage payment was received and credited on October 3, 2016. The October 1, 2016, monthly mortgage payment was received and credited on October 19, 2016. Therefore, late fees were assessed to Ms***’s loan. Ms*** and a *** ** *** representative contacted Statebridge on October 12, 2016, to provide additional information regarding the late payment. Based on the information provided the September late fee was waived as a one-time courtesy, resulting in one late fee in the amount of $assessed to the loan. Customer service is very important to Statebridge and it will work internally to address these concerns If Ms*** should happen to have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at *** ***, Monday thru Thursday 7:am to 8:pm MST., Friday 7:am to 6:pm MST., and Saturday 8:am to 12:pm MST

This letter is in response to your correspondence dated May 09, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received on the same day, concerning your difficulty reaching Statebridge Company, LLCWe apologize that the service you received did not meet your expectations, however, any time
there is a large transfer of loans it creates unusually high call volume. A customer service representative spoke with *** *** on May 12, and emailed her the Authorization for Automatic Payment (ACH) form as *** *** requested.
