This letter is in response to the correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on November 4, 2016, regarding *** *** mortgage loan. Upon review of the loan, Statebridge has determined there to be no errors
related to applying payments to the loan as payments have been applied as received. On April 16, 2016, servicing of the account was transferred from Chase to Statebridge (the “transfer”) with an unpaid principal balance in the amount of $260, The letter *** *** received in the mail was the notice of servicing transfer and is the required regulatory notice which provides pertinent information about the servicing transfer and other important information regarding the servicing of the loan. Since the transfer, Statebridge’s records indicate that there have been a total of payments received and applied to *** *** account in the amount of $1,693.85. At this time, the account is current, paid thru the November 1, 2016, monthly mortgage payment, and due for the December 1, 2016, the unpaid principal balance is currently $259,226.31. *** *** may request a copy of the loan’s payment history by sending a written request to Statebridge Company, LLC, *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** *** with attention to Escalated Communications, or review his loan payment history on the Statebridge website at http://www.statebridgecompany.com/ Statebridge is unable to comply with *** *** request to remove his ex-wife as co-borrower from the account because Statebridge’s records indicate that both *** *** and co-borrower are both still obligated to repay the loan. We recommend that *** *** seek professional advice for options that may exist to remove the co-borrower as an obligor on the loan Lastly, we apologize for the wait time for reaching a customer representative, however, any time there is a large transfer of loans it creates unusually high call volume. Unfortunately, this also applies to the customer representatives’ ability to follow up and make outbound calls. Statebridge attempted to reach *** *** on November 16, 2016, using all numbers on file and was unsuccessful If you or *** *** should happen to have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at *** ***, Monday thru Thursday 7:am to 8:pm mst., Friday 7:am to 6:pm mst., and Saturday 8:am to 12:pm mst

service transferred from Chase to Statebridge on April 16, 2016, the account was due for the April 1, 2016, mortgage payment which was not received until May 6, 2016. At this the time account is currently due for the October 1, 2016, monthly mortgage payment. Statebridge has not assessed late charges to *** *** account during the time we have serviced the loan. When the account service transferred to Statebridge from Chase it transferred with late fees in the amount of $and “other fees” in the amount of $145.20. After review Statebridge determined the $was assessed in error and has removed them from *** *** account. Currently, Statebridge is in the process of reviewing all late charges assessed by Chase to determine if they were in fact assessed in error. If it is determined they were issued in error they will be removed from the account. Lastly, if *** *** feels these fees have been assessed in error Statebridge requests *** *** provide supporting documentation such as cashed checks or bank statements to support payments were made within the allowable time frame.
