Statebridge Company, LLC Reviews (167)

This letter is in response to the correspondence dated, June 28, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on June 29, 2016, regarding [redacted] mortgage loan.   Our records reflect that the above referenced loan was included...

in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, which was discharged December 2, 2010.  Please bear in mind that this is not an attempt to collect a debt, but simply a response to [redacted] request.  Due to the discharged chapter 7 bankruptcy in order to received monthly billing statements we first need a written request indicating as such that includes a “wet ink” signature. We apologize for the wait time for reaching a customer service representative, however, any time there is a large transfer of loans it creates unusually high call volume.  Unfortunately, this also applies to the customer representatives’ ability to follow up and make outbound calls.  Our records indicate on July 21, and August 5, 2016, [redacted] spoke with a customer service representative regarding the account and her concerns.  During the July 21, 2016, telephone call [redacted] was advised of the requirements to reinstate monthly billing statements and to date we have not received a written request.  Furthermore, on August 9, 2016, a customer service representative attempted to contact [redacted] and was unsuccessful.   Lastly, at this time the payment options available to [redacted] are mailing a check or certified check to Statebridge Company, LLC., [redacted], a phone payment, or via Western Union Bill pay.  Once the account has been brought current [redacted] may set up Automatic Clearing House (“ACH”) payments.  If you and/or [redacted] should happen to have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at [redacted], Monday thru Thursday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm mst., Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm mst., and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm mst.

This letter is in response to the correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on January 18, 2017, regarding Mr. [redacted]’s mortgage loan.   Upon review of the above mentioned loan, Statebridge has determined Mr. [redacted]...

was provided inaccurate information during his call on December 8, 2016, with a Servicing Specialist regarding the waiver of late fees.  As Mr. [redacted] brought his account current based on the understanding the late fees on his account would be waived, Statebridge has honored the agreement and waived the late fees in the amount of $882.68. If Mr. [redacted] should happen to have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at [redacted], Monday thru Thursday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm MST., Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm MST., and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm MST.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The requested information has already been faxed as well as scanned and emailed. The tax bill as well as the intent to auction the property was faxed the companys general fax number as well as emailed to the escrow department. The courthouse confirmed to us that they have received no correspondence on behalf of Statebridge or their associates.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:After receiving the response from Statebridge that the legal fees were removed from my account because I was not a named party in the law suit. I called customer service to make sure the charges were removed and because I had paid the legal fees in addition to my mortgage last month. I was worried that I would be reported to the credit bureau especially having such a negative experience with customer service. I paid the fee on line and wanted the fees to credit to my next months mortgage payment. When I called I spoke to [redacted], I explained to him that I got a response from Statebridge to my Revdex.com complaint and that the legal fees were removed but I had already paid them and wanted a credit. He put me on hold for a while and when he came back he said that He didn't want to talk to me and that I needed to obtain counsel. I asked if he would like me to read the response from Statebridge on my Revdex.com complaint. he said I don't want to hear your complaint and I don't want to talk to you and hung up on me.I have never experienced customer service like this. The people I have spoken to have been extremely rude and have actually hung up the phone on me.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:THEY HAVE NEVER SENT ME A LETTER CONCERNING INSURANCE NOR HAVE THE MENTIONED IT IN ANY OF THE MANY PHONE CALLS I'VE HAD TO MAKE TO THEM.THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

This letter is in response to the correspondence dated, July 25, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on the same day, regarding [redacted] mortgage loan.   At this time Statebridge has the following payment...

options that do not include a fee, mail a check/cashiers check to Statebridge Company, LLC, [redacted], setting up recurring Automatic Clearing House (“ACH”) payments, or using bank bill pay.  The other options are by calling in a making a telephone payment, web payment, or Western Union Bill pay; however, these options do require a fee.  If [redacted] wish to sign up for ACH payments they may complete the enclosed enrollment form and return to [redacted]. Additionally, on July 29, 2016, Statebridge waived a late charge in the amount of $40.56 as a one-time courtesy.   On August 3, 2016, Statebridge cleared out [redacted] web profile in order to attempt to resolve the issues they were experiencing when trying to log in and make a payment.  Therefore, [redacted] will need to create a new account.  The Statebridge website is compatible with all web browsers, but the payment portion is only compatible with internet explorer, this is a system limitation within the payment platform and not a Statebridge limitation.  Lastly, we apologize for the wait time for reaching a customer representative, however, any time there is a large transfer of loans it creates unusually high call volume.  Unfortunately, this also applies to the customer representatives’ ability to follow up and make outbound calls.   If you and/or [redacted] should happen to have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at [redacted], Monday thru Thursday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm mst., Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm mst., and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm mst.

there is a large transfer of loans it creates unusually high call volume.    A customer service representative called [redacted] on the two telephone numbers the borrower listed on the Revdex.com complaint as well as the telephone numbers Statebridge has on file and was unable to reach him.  Statebridge currently does not reflect any late fees or penalties on [redacted] account. Should you have any questions regarding late fees or penalties, our Customer Service representative will be able to provide you information on when fees are assessed and how they apply and on how to make payments. All payments and communication should be sent to Statebridge Company, LLC, [redacted], or you may contact us at [redacted]. Sincerely, [redacted] Borrower Correspondence Team

your communication dated July 8, 2015, with respect to Mr. [redacted] mortgage loan accounts.
Our records reflect that Statebridge issued payment for the homeowner insurance on July 1, 2015 to Auto Owners Insurance in the amount of $1,227.69. Additionally, Statebridge issued payment for the property taxes on July 10, 2015 to Hennepin County in the amount of $1,379.94. The delay in the payment being sent was due to not having the necessary information on file when this loan was service transferred to Statebridge, on January 6, 2015. However, the loan data has been updated accordingly and this should not happen in the future.
Enclosed is a History Statement which reflects the disbursements detailed above.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/07/14) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The fact that they eventually paid these bills is good. It took me 8 phone calls to get them to pay these two bills. I received a cancellation notice from my insurance Co. and a late notice with a penalty from the county tax department. I have a lot better things to do with my time than sit on the phone With such disrespectful people as Statebridge. The info they needed was sent to them 2 times, once in Jan. 2015, and once in april 2015. There record keeping must be so bad as they still didn't do what they are suppose to, so they try and put the blame on someone else. Gregg Ried lied to me on 4/21/2015 saying that there was not going to be a late fee added to my mortgage because they had never sent me monthly statements. It took me 4 phone calls to get them to start sending me monthly statements. Each time I called they had me answer the same questions that they asked the time before stating that they didn't have any of this info on their records. A late was added. On 5/6/2015 I talked to Dustin. He also told me there would be no fee, that didn't prove to be true either. Three times I asked to talk to a manager, every time I was told that no manager was available and my only option was to talk to them. This seems to be the normal answer. I believe that if I can't resolve my problem with whom I am talking to I should be able to talk to some one else. This is extremely frustrating, and is very poor business practice.

in our office on December 14, 2015, the monthly billing statements were placed on hold. Statebridge has resumed the monthly billing statements. This letter is in response to the correspondence dated, July 20, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on the same day, regarding [redacted] account.   Statebridge completed a review of the above mentioned loan, and...

determined on December 1, 2015, a response was issued to a Qualified Written Request.  The response advised [redacted] the account service transferred to Statebridge August 12, 2015 and due for the July 1, 2015 mortgage payment.  Additionally, Statebridge requested [redacted] to provide all proof of payment they had regarding the payments in question so that more research could be completed if necessary.  Acceptable proof of payment would be copies of cashed cashier checks, mortgage statements indicating payments had been received and applied.  Statebridge did not receive any of the requested documentation and therefore has been unable to research this matter any further.      In reviewing the payment history from the prior servicer there was not a payment received in July but a payment was received August 3, 2015, which satisfied the June 1, 2015, monthly mortgage payment.  Therefore, the funds received October 19, 2015 and November 23, 2015 in the amount of $686.53 were applied to the July 1, 2015 and August 1, 2015 monthly mortgage payment.  Please keep in mind payments received are always applied to the contractual monthly mortgage payment the account is due for at that time, which may not necessarily be the same as the month the payment is received in.    At this time the account is currently due for the June 1, 2016 monthly mortgage payment and there is $398.76 in an unapplied account.  These funds will remain in the unapplied account until such a time there is enough to satisfy a full payment in the amount of $686.53.

This letter is in response to your correspondence dated May 2, 2016, addressed to the Revdex.com, and received on the same day, about the service transfer of [redacted] mortgage loan.  We apologize for the wait time for reaching a customer representative, however, any time...

there is a large transfer of loans it creates unusually high call volume.    A customer service representative called [redacted] on the two telephone numbers we have on file and was unable to reach her or leave a message as the mailbox was full.  Please call [redacted], a customer service representative at his direct line [redacted].  If the line is busy, please leave a message and he will call you back within 24 hours excluding weekends.  Statebridge’s system currently does not reflect any late fees or penalties. Should you have any questions regarding late fees or penalties, [redacted] will be able to provide you information on when fees are assessed and how they apply. To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to the correspondence addressed to the Revdex.com, and received by Statebridge Company, LLC (“Statebridge”) on February 9, 2017, regarding Ms. [redacted] mortgage loan.   Upon review of the aforementioned loan, Statebridge...

determined Ms. [redacted]’s May 1, 2016, monthly mortgage payment in the amount of $925.00 was received May 11, 2016, had the incorrect loan number written on the check.  Therefore, it was not applied to her loan.  Once this was identified the funds were applied to Ms. [redacted]’s loan on February 9, 2017, with an effective date of May 11, 2016, as this is the day it was received.  Statebridge has waived the late charges assessed in the amount of $142.71 and will update the credit reporting for Ms. [redacted]’s loan accordingly.

I am rejecting this response because: Statebridge just sent the payment last week. Statebridge did not send the payment on February 25 2016 as they mentioned. The check in the amount of $1512.32 was overnighted last week and received by Essurance. My policy is in process of being reinstated. Once again Statebridge is not telling the truth just like they have been doing since February 12, 2016 when this ordeal began.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
