The best part about my move with Let's Get Moving was that there were no surprises at the time of billingMy move was hassle freeLet's Get Moving spent the previous day packing all my stuff and that made the move very convenient for themThey knew what was fragile and what needed extra careI appreciate all their effortsI will definitely recommend them

Let's Get Moving fulfilled my move to a bigger apartmentThe crew was very friendly and helpfulThey got wardrobe boxes with them at no extra cost and helped me re pack my wardrobe into those boxesI was glad because their boxes were sturdier than mineThe move was very smooth and hassle free and I am glad I hired them

Paul was responsive and gave me a quote that when the crew of Scott, Shane, John and Moses showed up exceeded any movers that we have ever dealt with in our previous moves Got the job done in hours less than the estimated time at the quote

Great job...respectful, careful and very efficient

We have used this company personally twice and my daughter and family have used them a couple of times. We will continue to use them and refer them to individuals that are looking for great movers. They were dependable and very professional. We can't say enough on how great they were to work with during our transition. Thanks Thompson, Adam and Robert, we appreciate your hardwork!!

Stitch Fix provides are service where their stylist listen to customer preferences and send a customized package of fashion piecesThere is a $ [redacted] styling fee per package which is waived if customers purchase any items from their packageUnfortunately none of the items I had received were within the parameters of the preferences that I had setTherefore leaving me with no option but to be charged for the "Styling Fee." I find it misleading and unfair to be charged for a service that does not do what it statesWhen contacted, I was denied a refund due to the fact that their "Styling Fee" also includes shipping and packagingUnder the company's terms and conditions it no where states that this is included in the explanation of the $ [redacted] styling feeAgain, this is misleadingI understand that there is a chance that the items shipped might not always be a hit, but it is expected that they will at least reflect the price point and style preferences that the customer requestsI have t

Stitch fix offers a broad array of price points for their different clothing optionsAfter receiving a couple of boxes with clothes that were more expensive than the preferences I indicated in my profile, I reached out to ask whyI was told that they weren't able to offer options at the price point I had documented in my user profileThis seems misleading - I would prefer that they are more transparent with what options they are actually able to service

I have been receiving monthly Stitch Fix boxes from the company and have always had the option of going onto the company website to check out, selecting the items I wish to keep and those I am returning within business days of the receipt of the shipmentI noticed today that my debit card had been charged for of the items I still have in my possession, which I will be returning as wellThese charges were not authorized by me and when I brought this to the attention of customer service I was told that "the warehouse received...returns, they processed the payment for the two missing items"My checking account is going to go into an overdraft status and I will be charged a $ [redacted] NSF fee as a result of this unauthorized chargeI explained to the representative I spoke with that I wished for them to reverse the pending charge to avoid fees on my account and he indicated the charge will remain until the other two items I still have are returned and my bank fees would not be reimburse

I subscribed to Stitch Fix for several months, was underwhelmed with the quality of the product and frustrated with them sending packages earlier than agreed upon. Once the package has been delivered you have 3 days to return the items you do not want or else you are charged for the lot. I cancelled my subscription and set up to receive no more packages and unsubscribe from their email service. Today (months later) I receive an email saying my package is on its way. Previously you were able to select a date and then received an email stating when the stitch fix was being assembled, none of which I got or else I would have attempted to cancel the package at this point. I do not want this deliver, I will not be home to receive it or send it back. I have tried to contact the company but it is impossible to get ahold of them. I submitted an online request via email, I submitted an online request for a call back, I called their company headquarters and pressed multiple different extensions.

I believe that Stitch Fix deliberately failed to cancel my subscription after requestsBased on other complaints I've read on the Revdex.com site, I believe this is their standard practice

I believed I would receive quality styling; instead it looked as though a Walmart customer service repput together the styling In the small print I believe I should have to be satisfied as a customer I give $for nothing I sent everything back and did not receive any level of quality service or styling ad they keep $20? Cheap knits and misshapen sweaters Awful!! It took them 1/weeks to send that horrible stuff! Spreading the word AND disputing my debit card!! In Maryland!!
