I don't want JUNK mail from you

"At the time your Stylist selects your items, you will be charged a $styling feeThat $will be applied as a credit toward anything you keep from your shipment." "The $styling fee will be applied as credit toward any items you purchase." This is a direct quote from the website of Stitch Fix I checked my credit card statement and even though I kept all of my items in my shipment I still had a separate charge on my credit cardOn my physical receipt it shows that my total charge (MINUS the $styling fee) is $ On my credit card it shows $which Stitch Fix says is $in sales tax and I understand this Plus there is a separate charge of $on my credit card so I feel that the physical receipt that I receive in my box is deceptive or fraudulent because the $really isn't being credited back to my purchase and my total purchase is actually a lot higher than what Stitch Fix portrays Surely they can find a better way to give the final total that doesn't look deceptive and is comprehensive

I have been charged $*** for purchasing clothing that has already been shipped back to Stitch Fix AFTER the clothing got put in the mailOn top of that, I have been unable to get a hole of customer servicei have called, emailed, and tweeted multiple times and have literally gotten radio silence for hours

I became a member of Stitchfix back in early ***While in the beginning I was somewhat satisfied by the service, I had a box of clothes on auto-ship every monthThe website states that the $** styling fee would be deducted from your order, but NOWHERE did it state that the $** would NOT be refunded if you do not purchase any items and that the $** styling fee would be charged for EACH FIXI checked my stitchfix account regularly and after a couple of months, I contacted Stitchfix because the items I continually received were too expensive, poor quality and downright uglyAt that time I asked about a $** finder's fee I should have received that hadn't been credited to my account and the $** fee styling feeThe person I spoke with corrected my issue with the $** finders fee and stated that the $** fee carries over into the next fix so it wasn't a charge that would appear each time a shipment was sentUnfortunately for me, I had a "secondary" bank account that I tied directly to my

Company shares referral links to enhance ordering from others offering styling fee waivedSo customer shares referral link but I guess because she has not received her box her link is not validSo, not knowing this I followed her linkWas chargedNot fairadvertisingI want my fee waived

I signed up for the online service, Stitch Fix, which sends a shipment of clothing on regular intervals for a $styling feeAfter receiving the first shipment and being disappointed in the quality and price of the clothing, I tried to cancel the service onlineThe link to which the Stitch Fix website sent me in order to cancel my subscription did not workThere is no number to callI selected to "cancel My Fix" but still received the next shipment of clothing valued at several hundred dollarsStitch Fix continues to charge my credit card the $"styling fee." even after I removed the credit card payment from my accountI do not want to receive any more of these shipments

I think the overall StitchFix experience is great Quality clothes, reasonable priceThe only major complaint is with their customer service Why can you only communicate with them through email? There is no number to call I find this pretty shady that you can't get on the phone with them If you can get them to call you, they will only do so from a blocked number

Thank you for reaching out to us on behalf of our client, ** *** ***
We want to take the time to address ** *** concerns and clarify any misunderstanding around our recent promotion with *** *** reached out to us on July 12th to inquire about the status of her account credits in
the amount of $***
We explained to ** *** that there was a glitch in our system that allowed codes to be stacked, which we later corrected. This specific promotion with *** was for any individual Stitch Fix account to receive a $** creditThe promotion was not intended for participants to accumulate unlimited codes and stacked credits in their accountsGiven the vast majority of the participants in this promotion understood it to be one code per account, we don't see it as a reasonable result to grant codes for a single client account
That being said, we did allow one code to remain on ** ***’s account for the promotion and to use that $** towards her first Fix** *** has not signed up for a Fix and does not have anything scheduled for the future.Should ** *** have any further concerns, we encourage her to reach out to us at [email protected]

I had signed up for a Stitch FixI sent it backThey charged my account for the itemsI reached out but have yet to receive a response

At first, I was optimistic about this companyWhen I recieved my first fix, it was not the clothes that were the problema but the priceI contacted the company and was reassured twice that the next fix was going to be way under what I was sent which was way over I would also like to note that I had oiginally marked " THE CHEAPER THE BETTER" in the survery before my first fix arrivedBy the second fix, I could not believe they had done it againI was already cautiously optimistic about recieving the second and by this time I was so dissapointed and angry that I cancelled any more fixesThe clothes were great and fit like a glove, but I felt taken advantage of and lied toThis is the first and last time that I ever believe any ad from TV or recommendation from anyone, which by the way, I have not recommended Stitch Fix to anyone else and have discouraged friends and co workers from even giving it a tryWhen customer service promises that I will recieve something around my budget and they will "ADD A SPECIAL NOTE" to have the price lowest as posible, I expect them to deliverI guess the customer is not a priority with Stitch Fix

I signed up for Stitch Fix delivery for the first timeIt was advertised on their site that if you were not completely satisfed with your purchase and you did not purchase anything, they would refund completely the "styling fee" of $I was contacted by a woman named *** by email apologizing that the stylist did not satisfy me and she hoped I would try againI then emailed discussing this refund that was advertisedShe emailed me back and said that was only if you were a part of the promotional group but that they would waive the next styling feeThis ad was on the main site page and when I was signing up for the productI emailed her back and told her I was not interested in ever shopping on their site again and that I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com

This started with merchandise returned to the company with confirmed delivery, but a charge of $231.22(10/12/2017) was charged and caused my *** account to be in an overdraft status for two daysMy bank charged my account $per day until Stich Fix credited my account(10/12/2017)After ma*** contact with the company and as*** to cancel my account, any attachment I have with their company and to reimburse the insufficient charges, I was informed they could any return the chargeI informed them I would give them week to correct this errorThen 10/23/2017, I was charged again for $20.00(fix charge) after canceling my accountThis was a time I only had $in my account waiting to get paidI contacted the company again to inform them of the chargeBy this time my account was in another overdraft statusThey did not correct the error until the next business day, which caused another insufficient charge of $I asked them to reimburse the charges and again they told

After signing up for Stitch Fix my debt card number was stolen and usedI received my first stitch fix at the end of March and on April 4th we were contacted by our Banks fraud departmentMy Debt card number was stolen and used in *** *** and I am located in ***The card was charged twice at two different locations near Stitch Fix HeadquartersI have not done business with anyone else in ***a which leads me to believe stitch fix has a part in thisI have tried contacting them but can't seem to get anyone on the phone

Stitch Fix lets me stop receiving automatic deliveriesButThere is no obvious way to cancel an accountI want to remove all of my information from the website (name, credit card, etc.) But the website fails to show a way to cancel your accountThere are no warnings that the account is permanentThis is a serious problem as consumers assume that they can cancel the account

On May 7th, I received a "FIX" from Stich FixOn Monday, May 9th, I logged onto my Stich Fix app and return all items that were sent to meI received a receipt from the company stating I had not purchased any itemsI put the returned items in the mail on Monday, May 9thOn Thusday, May 12th a $*** charge from Stitch Fix went through my account for items I never purchasedSince then I have emailed the company four times and have tried to callAll I am getting is an automatic reply stating they are receiving a high volumes of calls and to be patientPatient? When I emailed them asking to exchange an item about a month ago for a smaller size, they emailed me right awayNow that I have a very big concern, I am not getting any response from this company

I thought what a great idea to have clothes that I like picked out so I don't have to go shoppingLaziness doesn't work with clothesI signed on to stitch fix and filled out the questionnaire also gave them a detailed list of what I like and what I don't likeThey even give you an opportunity to look at clothes and tell them if you would wear it or not I opted for not on all of the clothes I was shownWell I got my box of designer made clothes just for me and they were every outfit I told them I would never wearThe clothes were beyond ugly and cheaply made all made from synthetic fabricI live in the south they sent a long sleeved long dress made of nylon and linedwhat were they thinking or is it they don't? All the clothes are made in china and probably made by children getting at most a quarter a day for these hideous clothes and they're selling them at top priceThis has got to be one of the most cleverest scams runningIf you buy from them your forcing a child to work at starvation ratesIf you believe in humanity and rights to all people don't buy from these scammers

My credit card was charged $*** ***, *** 28, by Stitch FixI have never shopped with themAs soon as I noticed the charge this morning I called Stitch Fix but they did not answerI had to leave a messageI'm waiting for a response

I subscribed to Stitch Fix for several months, was underwhelmed with the quality of the product and frustrated with them sending packages earlier than agreed uponOnce the package has been delivered you have days to return the items you do not want or else you are charged for the lotI cancelled my subscription and set up to receive no more packages and unsubscribe from their email serviceToday (months later) I receive an email saying my package is on its wayPreviously you were able to select a date and then received an email stating when the stitch fix was being assembled, none of which I got or else I would have attempted to cancel the package at this pointI do not want this deliver, I will not be home to receive it or send it backI have tried to contact the company but it is impossible to get ahold of themI submitted an online request via email, I submitted an online request for a call back, I called their company headquarters and pressed multiple different extensions

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/01/28) */
Please allow us the opportunity to apologize to Ms*** for any frustration imposed regarding the miscommunication conveyed in our marketing emailsWe would like the opportunity to clarify for Ms*** that it was never our intention to
mislead her in any way
To provide some clarity, the email that was sent out by our marketing team was sent on December 9, as a Treat Yourself campaignMs*** opened this email on December 11th when a reminder was sentThe email did state that we would waive her next Styling FeeThe email also stated that the promotion needed to be redeemed with a Fix delivery date on or before 12/In addition, in the fine print at the bottom, we reiterated that the promo code would only be valid for Fixes scheduled to arrive by 12/24/I have attached the mailer sent to Ms***, for reference
Upon looking into Ms***'s account further, we can see that she redeemed the code on December 18, Once redeemed, a $credit was placed on her account which was set to expire on 1/8/(i.ealthough the mailer indicated that the expiration was 12/24, we did leave the credit active a bit longer in case some people missed the cutoff)What happened next is that our emailing system automatically sends reminder emails to anyone in our database that has a creditUnfortunately that scheduled email happened to go out to Ms*** on the same day that the promo code expiredThis was an error on our end that we were unaware of and deeply apologize for the miscommunication
We have contacted Ms*** via email, to inform her that her Visa has been refunded, in the amount of $as she requested and that we understand her frustration and confusion around this promotionWe have also confirmed that she may return the clothing that was sent to her and will not be charged unless she decides to purchase something from her Fix
Please be assured that we will use this feedback as an opportunity for us improve our services, and take measures to ensure that we prevent this from occurring again
Once again, we would like to apologize to Ms*** for the experience she encountered by our confusing marketing material, and thank her for taking the time to bring this to our attention

My wife has been a subscriber to this service for about six monthsOnly about of those months were by choiceShe has tried numerous times to cancel her subscription via website, email, and phone messages all of which get no replyTo top it off they have charged us for the past boxes THAT WE HAVE SENT BACK!!!! dollars for the first and dollars for the second and we have nothing to show for it!!!!! Even after Stitchfix said they would refund our account for the first occurrence (we only noticed the second occurrence today and guess whatWe can't get ahold of Stitchfix)In my opinion this could be mail fraud
