I have screen shots to prove what I am sayingOn the Stitch Fix website, it indicates that there will be a $styling fee applied towards your purchaseI have received boxes and did not think the clothing was worth the priceI returned all of the items expecting NOTHING to be charged to my accountI was going over my bank statement today and noted that I have been charted $on 10/06/17, 10/26/and 11/29/REMEMBER, I have only received and returned boxes yet I have styling fee chargesI immediately went online to notify Stitch Fix about the charges and asked that I be refundedI was informed by a *** that they would only refund one of the $styling fees that is affiliated to the upcoming box in DecemberShe also let me know that she wanted to apologize for any misunderstanding around the $styling feeThis fee is applied prior to any shipment going out and it is not refunded or rolled over if you choose not to purchaseSo a company charges you $for you to

Stitch Fix has stolen $*** from me by removing the credit from my account after my gift card code was accepted and the balance was accurately reflected on my accountThe History: My husband purchased a $*** gift card for me for Christmas directly from Stitch FixHe also purchased a $*** Stitch Fix gift card from a private party on ***On Christmas, I uploaded both of my gift card codes to my Stitch Fix accountBoth codes were accepted and I had an account balance of $*** as anticipatedAt some point within the last month, someone contacted Stitch Fix to dispute the $*** gift card codeI presume this was part of a scam where a person sells a gift card, pockets the money and then challenges the gift card with the merchant to receive both a refund from the merchant and also the funds from the private party saleStitch Fix played right in to the scam and thereby perpetuated the theftWhen the disputed code was brought to Stitch Fix, nobody from their company contacted me to inquir

So stitch fix is where you get clothes to try out every monthWellThis month (March, 2018) I sent ALL of my items back TWO weeks agoWhere I live has been experiencing VERY HEAVY snowfall recently and it has caused mail to be delayed/not sentWellStitch Fox WRONGFULLY charged me $for the fix I SENT BACK TO THEM

Stitch Fix was an awful experienceI was given a gift card for Mother’s Day and was excited to try their serviceI filled out their profile and created a Pinterest board to help them understand my styleMy first FOUR fixes were completely ridiculousI am a business woman and in my 30s and was being sent illfitting, overpriced items designed for teenagersOn top of being disappointed, I had to package everything back up and run to the post office to send it all back every timeI tried to work with the company to resolve my issues and restore my confidence in the service and on my fifth fix, I finally received items that fit my needs and styleThrough the process I was told that I would not be charged the $styling fee on the disappointing shipmentsWhen I went to purchase the items from the fifth shipment, I discovered that this was not the caseI again, wrote in to try and resolve the issue and received a response back insinuating that I was confused by their process and was given the generic explanation of their styling feeThey are now refusing to credit this back to me so I have lost the value of my gift and already worn the two items I was intending to buyPlease do not be scammed by themDo your shopping yourself because in the long haul this is more time consuming and more expensive

I received a gift card and took an extensive amount of time completing my profile with the company and at the end, was unable to enter the gift card code and when I emailed the company I was told I needed to set up an account with MY credit card informationI didn’t reach out to this company and with its numerous negative reviews am not comfortable giving them my cc information so that they are able to utilize itI only want my gift card chargedVery unscrupulous business practice and poor reviews from inferior products and difficulty reaching a “live” person add to the frustration

I have been receiving monthly Stitch Fix boxes from the company and have always had the option of going onto the company website to check out, selecting the items I wish to keep and those I am returning within business days of the receipt of the shipmentI noticed today that my debit card had been charged for of the items I still have in my possession, which I will be returning as wellThese charges were not authorized by me and when I brought this to the attention of customer service I was told that "the warehouse received...returns, they processed the payment for the two missing items"My checking account is going to go into an overdraft status and I will be charged a $** NSF fee as a result of this unauthorized chargeI explained to the representative I spoke with that I wished for them to reverse the pending charge to avoid fees on my account and he indicated the charge will remain until the other two items I still have are returned and my bank fees would not be reimburse

This company charged my account before I saw the fixI was out of town and informed the company I didn't like the fixes from the pictures and I would not be back on April 1thThe company bill me for the full price after staying the fixes were not my style

I had sent back the clothing that was sent to meI ended up keeping one item (a necklace for $28) When I checked my bank account I was charged ($114) and then checked my stich fix receipt and they charged me for a pair of pants that I returned ($28) I have tried to get in touch with Stitchfix and have heard nothing back! This is unacceptable, they have charged me for a product that I don't even haveBasically stealing my money, and they have made no attempt to make this correctIf my account gets overdrawn b/c of this, I would expect Stitchfix to pay any fees associated with thatI really didn't want to have to complain to the Revdex.com but with no response from customer service or social media, this was my next stepPlease help!

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

On 9/I purchased a $gift card from Stitch Fix to try out the serviceTo my knowledge this was the only way to try out the service without signing up for an extended subscriptionOn approximately 9/and 10/I received two deliveries, each with 4-clothing itemsOf the ~total clothing items, I only elected to keep one shirt and returned all other pieces due to poor quality, style, and priceThe second delivery, specifically, was noteworthy for having clothing items that were marked up ~40% from the lowest available online price for the exact same timeAt this point I felt taken advantage of as a consumer and decided to return all clothing items and cancel any further deliveriesI reached out to a Stitch Fix customer service agent via chat to request a refund of my remaining $credit balance and was informed Stitch Fix was unable to issue a refund for the credit balance despite the fact that I was the original purchaser and subscriber of the gift card (original fo

I subscribed on their website for styling services, paid $in Oct 2017, cancelled after a week and didn't even ask for refundTo my surprise they use my credit card info on Feb 22, for $fraudulently when I never ever used that website againThis is scam and fraudulent activity

I received first Fix on April 18th I returned all items in provided return bag and label (April 19) I received an email that requested an exit survey and I filled it out and indicated I had returned everything I received a follow up receipt email saying I owed nothing I cancelled my next subscriptionA few weeks later (may 16) I was charged the full amount of the items I tried emailing with no response I finally received a response and Stitch Fix claims to never have received items They provided a tracking shipping label to which I clicked on and saw on the *** tracking info that the items were in fact delivered to their warehouse There is no customer service to get in contact with anyone I have to wait for an email back and it's frustrating

I tried to buy an online gift certificate on Stitch Fix websiteI only wanted to purchase one $gift certificateThe first time it didn’t go through and said the following, “Unfortunately, we couldn't process your payment at this time, but you have not been chargedPlease retry your purchase." So, I retried my purchase and it gave me the same sayingI then checked my email and they CHARGED me TWICE!

I believe Stitch Fix hacked my sister's *** and liked their pageShe says she never liked them and that's how I found out about themThey have over a million likes on *** and I find that suspiciousI would have checked their info more carefully if I didn't think my sister liked them!! Instead, I got scammed out of $**!! The stylist did not send anything matching my personal style!! The program was horrible and clothes overpricedNow they are refusing to refund me the $** styling feeConsumers beware of this company!!!

Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us on behalf of *** ***. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize to *** *** for any inconvenience this process has caused thus far as well as clarify some of her concerns. Since *** ***’s returns were received prior to her
being able to complete her online checkout, we assumed she loved the unreturned item and processed payment according to our Terms of Use (https://www.stitchfix.com/terms). We were able to speak with *** ***, via e-mail, on September 27th, where we let her know a refund for the $**.** charge had been issuedWe followed up on September 30, to confirm the refund had been issued and provided *** *** with a copy of the refund receiptWe can also confirm, per her request, that her account has been deactivated and she has no future shipments scheduled at this time. We truly value the time *** *** took out of her day to bring this situation to our attention, as we are constantly looking at ways we might improve the our overall user experienceShould *** *** require any further help, or have additional questions or concerns, we hope that she would not hesitate to reach out and let us know

One of the dresses that I kept I loved and washed it according to direction but it shrunkStitch Fix gave me 100% of my money back since they could not replace itCustomer service was quick and easy to deal with!

They charged my credit card after EVEN after I returned the items via their SPECIFIC return instructionThis is highly unacceptable!!! Received a shipment from them beginning of MarchI sent back the items I was returningThey provided a return label with postageI went to the post office and mailed it backThey charged my card today $I have emailed themThis is unacceptableI did not keep the merchandise and I paid for the item I did keep!!!! I feel like this is a scam

I was initially very excited to try the serviceOne good thing about this firm, is extremely helpful customer service and live chatBad part, the service they mention their business is, sucks and seems manipulativeOn checking with Stitchfix before subscribing I was told I can price match if I found anything "similar" in the list of products sent too expensive or return themHaving received their fix, I notice every item is priced twice or more, more than the general market priceOn checking with them after getting the fix, they are now asking me to find "same" product outside for a price matchThe clothes they sent are a brand which is 'exclusively' partnered with stitchfix, so popular that they dont even have a website to their nameHow is one supposed to find a brand with no website and no presence in the regular marketplace? Just a marketing gimicVery disappointed on having spent 20$ to just try some way over priced clothes and return them, which by the way they say they try their best to keep withing the pricing range I requested when giving a style profileWish they were more truthful in the communication

I had a totally free trial for them to use through *** TueadaysI got the clothes, tried them on, took them off, and immediately put them back in the *** bag to send backI took it to the post office and called stitch fix on the way home to let them kmow that I had mailed it backThat was over a month agoOn the 28th I seen a charge on my checking account, not only for the sale amount the items were supposed to be (175.) Buy for full retail through them in the amount of $215! Due to the fact that I did not see this coming and was prepared for the transaction since I sent back all their merchandise they (Stitch fix) overdue my account and I was charged a $overdraft chargeFrom 9am to close I kept calling them bank and Stitch Fix about the chargesI was told I would get the back within to business days but neither of them would wave the $feeI understood where the bank was coming fromWhy should they ouy of pocket money when it was not their fault?
