I used this service recently for a local move. The two gents that moved me were on time, nice, friendly, hardworking and my furniture was moved quickly with no damage and placed in the appropriate places. This is the BEST moving company I have ever used and I would highly recommend them. The gent who answers the phone is also very nice and will answer all of your questions.

I found this mover on Angie's List, and they had an excellent rating. Then I checked their rating and reviews on the Revdex.com, and again, they were rated very highly.

They moved our furniture and heavy items (we packed and moved the rest) from a second-story apartment to a one-story home. They arrived on time, finished on time and stayed within budget. They did a great job, and I would hire them again in a minute. Professional, courteous, responsive and competent. A rare experience with movers!

We have used this company personally twice and my daughter and family have used them a couple of times. We will continue to use them and refer them to individuals that are looking for great movers. They were dependable and very professional. We can't say enough on how great they were to work with during our transition.

Thank you for taking the time to communicate with us on the behalf of our customer, [redacted].
[redacted] reached out to our Client Experience team on May 16, [redacted] regarding a recent credit card charge for items she did not intend to keep....

We were able to speak to [redacted] on May 18th, [redacted], where we explained that because her returns had not registered within our 3-day return window, her checkout was automatically adjusted, per our terms of use (www.stitchfix.com/terms). We reassured [redacted] that her card on file would be refunded in full for any unwanted items returned, as soon as they were received and processed by our warehouse.
[redacted]’s returns were accepted by a [redacted] facility on May 16th, and delivered to our warehouse on May 18th. On May 19th, our warehouse processed her returns, and [redacted] credit card on file was refunded in full for the items returned.
If [redacted] would like to discuss the matter further, we would be more than happy to give her a call to provide further information regarding our return policy. We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by this experience and greatly value her taking the time to provide us feedback to better improve our services.

Let's Get Moving moved us on 10/22/16. Bill, Dennis and Mosses were hard working professionals with great personalities. They all paid attention to our requests and the move went smoothly and efficiently. Thanks for doing a great job for us! Highly recommend this company.

We want to take the time to address [redacted] concerns and clarify any misunderstanding around the deactivation of her account and the removal of her credit card information.

July 20th and left a voicemail regarding the removal of her credit card information. We received that voicemail on July 21st and called [redacted] back at the number she provided. Since she did not answer the phone, we left a voicemail explaining that we would remove her credit card information from her account as soon as her returns were processed at our warehouse. We also followed up with an email explaining that process and confirming that [redacted] no longer has any shipments scheduled and there will be no other charges associated with future Fixes. Since [redacted] still had items on the way back to us at that time, we did need to wait until those were returned before we could make any further adjustments to her account regarding her billing information. However, [redacted] returns made it back to us on July 24th, and we confirmed to her that we have fully deactivated her account and removed her billing information via email.If there is anything else that we can help [redacted] with, we encourage her to reach out to us at [email protected]

Paul was responsive and gave me a quote that when the crew of Scott, Shane, John and Moses showed up exceeded any movers that we have ever dealt with in our 6 previous moves. Got the job done in 1.5 hours less than the estimated time at the quote.

I have moved several times in the last 6 years and we all know it's a hassle. But each time I have moved, I used Quinn and the Let's Get Moving crew. They were hard working, very professional and made each move such a breeze.
I have recommended Let's Get Moving to all friends and family and would never use another moving company. Thank you Let's Get Moving! You all ROCK!!!

Thompson, Scott, and Joe arrived on time for our move from Bradenton to Riverview. They made sure to know what was to be moved and where it would be placed in the new location. They listened to our concerns and instructions. From start to finish it took five and one-half hours to move the completely filled truck. The professionalism and care they took with our move is evident that we have not found one case of damage!
My wife and I would highly recommend them if you need a reliable and careful moving company.

I would definitely recommend Let's Get Moving to anyone looking for a smooth move with hard-working movers that take gentle care of your belongings. The guys that helped me (Thompson and Sam) were polite, strong and so helpful. As a woman moving an entire 10x20 storage unit from St. Pete to Sarasota, I knew I needed a company that would be reliable. I've had problems with moving companies in the past, but Let's Get Moving made it easy.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the steps that have been taken to fully remove any information associated with her account, as Stitch Fix is committed to protecting our clients privacy.
As our internal platforms and systems are proprietary, we are not able to honor [redacted]’s request to submit verification of our claim, however, we can confirm that all of [redacted]’s billing, shipping and personal information has been removed from our systems and that she should no longer be able to access her account through our website.
In an effort to come to a full resolution of this matter we have reached out to [redacted], via email, on two separate occasions ([redacted] 28 & 29) offering a telephone call to discuss any remaining concerns she may have with regard to her account. We have not yet received a response to our outreach but would, again, like to offer [redacted] a telephone call, if that is agreeable with her, to ensure we have fully satisfied her request to have her account deleted and her information removed from our system. Alternatively, we would also welcome mediation through the Revdex.com if needed.

[redacted] reached out to us on June 7th to inquire about the $** styling fee we charge before we send out each shipment. She was under the impression that since all 5 items were returned, the $** charge would...

be refunded. As listed on the Terms and FAQ sections of our website, the $** fee is charged ahead of each shipment being styled and is not refunded if all items are returned.
 
That being said, we appreciate [redacted] feedback about the pricing of our items and apologize that our prices were not clearer when signing up for our service. We have gone ahead and refunded [redacted] $** charge from May 1st and the refund will post to her account within the next 3-5 business days.
 
Should [redacted] need assistance with anything else, we hope that she would not hesitate to reach out to us.
