Stich Fix offers custom package of clothes to fit your needs (after you fill out a profile, which I did) They send you a packet and you return any of the clothes you don't like and keep the ones you wantThen Stitch Fix will only bill you for what you wanted to keepSo for they have sent me different packages of clothesNeither of which suited me at allI have been billing $*** for the initial set up fee (which was to be put towards my purchase of clothing) I just recently got charged another $*** feeSo total of $*** and I have purchase nothing! This money can't even go toward any future purchasesIs this legalI can't find anywhere on their website that says they are going to do this!!!

Recently received an online orderThe orders are typically sent free by the seller via Fed Ex, but this was shipped by USPSI had to pay to pick up the package from USPSStitch Fix dis refund my expense with USPSSince on their end it never showed as delivered their customer service had to manually open the check out in their endWhen I went to check out either through my mobile app or online it timed out and gave me an error messageI contacted stitch fix to resolve and they just keep telling me that my payment is bad and to update my informationI have updated my information and used the same payment with other online and local retailers since this occurred and no issuesI have called their corporate office and emailed Stitch Fix several times trying to resolve and I keep getting pre-generated responses that my card is declinedI would just like to speak to somebody so we can either resolve the checkout issue so my payment is not declined or work with them to provide a diffe

I SIGNED UP FOR A TIME TRY AND CHARGE OF *** AND AS PER THEIR REQUEST IF NOT SATISFIED I HAD DAYS TO RETURN PRODUCTSI RETURNED THE PRODUCTS THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALLI WENT ONLINE AND CANCELLED THE FOLLOWING DAY OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTSSTITCH FIX CHARGE ME AGAIN ON *** 15, ***I HAD PAID THE FIRST *** TO TRY ON *** 25, ***TWO WEEKS LATERI DON'T WANT THERE SERVICE AND I HATE THEIR PRODUCTSI DO NOT WANT TO BE FORCED TO PAY FOR SERVICES I REQUESTED CANCELLED IMMEDIATELYI NEED THEM TO STOP GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT AND NEED THEM TO PUT MY MONEY BACK

I signed up for Stitch FixI did not like the productI tried to remove myself from their companyThe only option is to decline a FixAt least that I can seeI received the e mail and responded with "I do not want this Fix" The Fix shipped anywayNow it's on me to return the package and they charge a $feeThey did refund the feeHowever* when I go to the site and try to change my account so I don't receive any additional Fix there is not an optionAnd you can't delete your credit card information eitherIt's as if I am "trapped"Seems pretty shady to me

I won a gift card, from them for $They sent me several boxes, the first I returned because nothing fitThe last box, I kept shirts, and they charged me the $feeSO, this gift card cost me moneySixty dollars of it, on styling feesThey took money out of my checking acct/ and I am angryIf the gift card was free, so should be the stylng fee

I hired this company to move me on Friday February 13thThey were suppose to arrive at 1pI received a call at 1:stating they were minutes awayThey did not arrive until 3:07pOver hours late! My new place I was moving into has a strict policy on unloadingMy move needed to be completed by 5:30pUnfortunately my move was not completed until 6:27pI was at the point of just getting my stuff into my condo and getting the movers out ASAPI did not have them place anything or set anything up due to their late arrivalI had to do more than I expected on my own just to get my move completedThe only thing the men offered me was $off my billI took that just to get them out of my placeI was and still am angry with this company for agreeing to take on my move when they knew the strict time requirements

I have repeatedly reached out to this company to COMPLETELY CANCEL my account and all of my PIIThey continue to just give way to "cancel" your next shipment or "reschedule" your next shipmentNO I WANT TO CANCEL EVERYTHING COMPLETLY! I have been unsatisfied with every shipment I've recieved and I do not want this company to have my personal or credit card info any longer or have to keep cancelling a shipment each monthThey are horrible as far as customer service and helping out customers.l

I was charged for items I never ordered or received

I joined Stitch Fix a few months ago, tried out their service and found it was not a good fit for me so I requested (through their website) a cancellationI was immediately contacted via email and they ensured that they indeed cancelled my membershipA few weeks went by and I received in the *** mail a Stitch Fix box I had not requested and was sent after the fact of my cancellation requestSo I immediately returned the box to the Post Office and wrote Stitch Fix another email notifying them that I received a box, sent it back and they apologized via email that I am for sure this time cancelled and I would be refunded the $** (in 2-business days) styling fee they charge each monthWell I am getting notices that they tried to charge my credit card (for what I don't know) and that my account has insufficient funds! I am glad I didn't have anything in that account because if they had taken money from me that I don't owe I would be extremely heated

This company seemed to take advantage of me while online and using my phoneI did not ask for any of the items they sent nor did I intentionally sign up for automatic bi-monthly deliveries of items they pick for meIt seemed like they made their website purposely confusing to navigate and very difficult to actually talk to a live personStay away from Stitch FixToo expensive and deceitful

Stitch fix offers a broad array of price points for their different clothing optionsAfter receiving a couple of boxes with clothes that were more expensive than the preferences I indicated in my profile, I reached out to ask whyI was told that they weren't able to offer options at the price point I had documented in my user profileThis seems misleading - I would prefer that they are more transparent with what options they are actually able to service

On *** 15th, we responded to *** *** and let her know, per her request, we had reached out to our billing team to have her information removedOn *** 16th, *** *** reached out to us again and stated that her account had not been deleted completely and that she was still able to log in with her emailOn *** 17th, we notified *** *** that her account and email had been removed from our system
We want to assure *** *** that her account is no longer available on our site and all of her billing and shipping information has been removed from our database
Once again, we would like to apologize to *** *** for her unsatisfactory experience, and thank her for taking the time to bring this to our attention, as we are constantly looking at ways we might improve our overall user experienceShould she have any further questions or concerns, or if there is anything else we may assist with, we hope that she does not hesitate to let us know

"At the time your Stylist selects your items, you will be charged a $styling feeThat $will be applied as a credit toward anything you keep from your shipment." "The $styling fee will be applied as credit toward any items you purchase." This is a direct quote from the website of Stitch Fix I checked my credit card statement and even though I kept all of my items in my shipment I still had a separate charge on my credit cardOn my physical receipt it shows that my total charge (MINUS the $styling fee) is $ On my credit card it shows $which Stitch Fix says is $in sales tax and I understand this Plus there is a separate charge of $on my credit card so I feel that the physical receipt that I receive in my box is deceptive or fraudulent because the $really isn't being credited back to my purchase and my total purchase is actually a lot higher than what Stitch Fix portrays Surely they can find a better way to give the final total that doesn't look deceptive and is comprehensive

I have been a consumer of this company for the past few monthsThey send clothes to my house, I purchase what I want and send the rest backThe problem started with the shipment I received on 6/2/***, I was unable to look at or deal with this immediately due to an out of state family emergencyI was able to take care of this once I was at my home, 6/14/**, and decided to only purchase one item ( a blue shirt), I then placed the order in the mail for return on 6/**/**I received an email on 6/17/** from the company stating that I need to respond or they would charge full price for all of the items ( total was above $***), I responded immediately stating that I had a family emergency , apologized for the delay, and stated that the items had already been placed in the mail for returnThis email still has not been responded toOn Monday 6/20/**, I was charged for the full amount of all the items sent, I then sent several complaint "tickets" via the website, and have not received a r

I am extremely happy with this moving company I wasn't feeling well and my husband had to work so I had to do everything alone These guys made it so easy for me They were quick,
courteous, knew exactly what to do, and wrapped everything up meticulously Bill was extremely good He packed the truck and kept everything running smoothly They had to transport everything up to a 10th floor condo using a shared elevator and they did an incredible job Upon my every request Bill would say, "No problem." He was so positive Dennis, Moses,
and Joshua were very kind and knew exactly what to do Some of my pieces were huge and they had no problem They wrapped up over large pictures and many breakables with no problem at all Everything was bubble wrapped quickly I would definitely hire this company again

29th, where one of our representatives investigated the issue and addressed her concerns
During our research, we found that when *** *** canceled her subscription a couple months prior, she didn’t indicate that she wanted her next scheduled Fix canceled as wellBecause we charge a $** styling fee before shipping every Fix, *** *** was charged the styling fee when we shipped her last reserved shipmentBy the time *** *** contacted us asking us to stop the shipment, it was already in transit to her home so we were unable to cancel the order
We regret any inconvenience that may have been caused due to the confusion, thus, we have posted a $** refund back onto *** ***’s card on file (refund submitted June 10th, ***)We have also confirmed that her account has been deactivated and her billing information has been removed from our system

Stitch Fix provides are service where their stylist listen to customer preferences and send a customized package of fashion piecesThere is a $** styling fee per package which is waived if customers purchase any items from their packageUnfortunately none of the items I had received were within the parameters of the preferences that I had setTherefore leaving me with no option but to be charged for the "Styling Fee." I find it misleading and unfair to be charged for a service that does not do what it statesWhen contacted, I was denied a refund due to the fact that their "Styling Fee" also includes shipping and packagingUnder the company's terms and conditions it no where states that this is included in the explanation of the $** styling feeAgain, this is misleadingI understand that there is a chance that the items shipped might not always be a hit, but it is expected that they will at least reflect the price point and style preferences that the customer requestsI have t

I can't say enough great things about this company!!
Their prices were amazing and the customer service was impeccable Very professional but at the same time I felt like I have known these guys for my whole life As they moved my furniture and wrapped my possessions as if they were their own, they loaded my furniture without even touching one wall as they came down my stairs...All of my things made it to their destination without a scratch, they unloaded the truck and even helped place my things where I wanted them..I completely recommend this company for any of your moving needs..Thanks guys for taking the stress out of my move and finishing with a smile!!!
