Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this offer appear below: Although I also want to resolve this matter, I do not agree with the assertion that I should have known that all Lush Lawn's services auto-renew As I have explained numerous times in my communications with Lush Lawn, the Lush Lawn telemarketer never said that the additional services Lush Lawn recommended would auto-renewRegardless, there is more to my complaint than that one issue I have not heard from any Lush Lawn representatives since receiving their response to my Revdex.com complaint Therefore, I am concerned that by accepting Lush Lawn's vague response, I may have to start this process all over againThus the rejection Regards, [redacted]

Lush Lawn spoke to Mr [redacted] again this morning We have confirmed with the collections agency that this will not negatively effect Mror Mrs [redacted] s credit score We have also issued a check in the amount of $that was mailed on 3/21/ Mr [redacted] assured Lush Lawn that he is satisfied with this resolution and considers the matter closed

We have taken charge off for the grub preventative

I have tried to contact MRS via phone calls and emails and have not been able to reach her Mrs has a zero balance with us and believe this is a satisfactory agreement to both parties

***,On 3-16-you contacted our business and spoke to our rep's we do have you agreeing to the services If you received a better quote from someone else that was cheaper a simple call back would have stopped our service We came out days after you called in for service.In order to resolve this issue will split the cost with you

We have taken this customer off our dialing list and will no longer receive any calls

We started servicing this property in Our general services auto renew from season to season Every invoice that is left after treatment states that along with multiple letters sent out over the winter state that our services auto renew and that we need to be contacted to cancel the account or make any changes It is never stated that if you do not pre-pay, services will not auto renew We have a lot of customers that do not pre-pay for services that still auto renew season to season with no issues It is clearly stated several times to our customers We would be willing to to split the balance if we can consider this matter closed Thank you

Mr& Mrs [redacted] ,We have a signed agreement that you gave us permission to come out and services that you are requesting the charges to be removed On 4/we did your round application, on 4/we did your Slit seeding, and then on 5/we did your next application, on 5/we received your payment for Then on 5/you cancelled your services almost a full month after we did your slit seeding You have talked to several of our employees including myself, during our conversation you requested a conference call with the sales man and I informed you that the employee no longer worked here We have tried to meet you both half way, and remove the lawn care applications for you, and to just pay for the slit seeding back in August, we did not receive payment we have called you and emailed you several times before starting the collection process This is very clear Mr & Mrs [redacted] , but we do have a signed agreement okaying the services rendered we do expect to be paid what is owned

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's response Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: This is not acceptable because the email was not entirely truthful of what Lushlawns had writtenThe service was not complete, when I saw the random guy outside I went and asked right away what he was doing and where he was fromHe was spraying in the wrong spot and only 10% of the service was complete so I don't understand how lush lawn can say the service was complete which really the service was not completed because it was not the correct spotsnone of the spots that I wanted to be done were done I sent him home and made him leave after finding out that he is not spraying in the right spots and just showed up unannoced, and not to mention a call ahead was not done as wellMy daughter is the one that called and Tried to cancel the account and she came up with coming out and re-doing the first service at cost and then the last one would be freeMy daughter then contacted me and I said no I wanted the first one for free and the last oneShe called back and lushlawns refused and she canceled the accountThere was never a point that the offered was aceppted and then called back and minds changedI then proceed to call after when a second bill was gotI tried to resolve it and finally said come do the first service again and I will pay for the the remaining three and the women was rude and said no you are cancelledI had enough and had to get Revdex.com involvedI am refusing to pay for the first treatment when it was not doneThe employee did not even tell your company that he was sent home and there was an issue untill a phone call was placed the next day because I was livid about itI will agree to pay 10% of the price which is $The women said most of the customers don't want us parking in the driveway and I told her that was crazy that I wanted to be bothered using her terms because I need to know what's going on in my household because I live alone It was like they were trying to hide and deceive that they were here doing the service the gentleman said he was never informed to call ahead either Every single time I have spoke to this company they have not taken responsibility for anything that they have done that is part of the problem also it was an excuse after excuse of why things weren't done the right way Regards, [redacted]

We have discussed with customer what had happened and sent refund check on 6-21-

Mr [redacted] agreed to Lush Lawn service on 12/10/ I have attached a recording of the verification he made with our Sales Manager, *** He was also sent out a welcome package, outlining all his services This was mailed on 12/14/ We performed a service on 3/24/ After that was performed, Mr [redacted] called and said that he used another lawn care company and he did not know why we came out The office associate explained that he signed up on Decand offered for Mr [redacted] to listen to the recording of the call We immediately cancelled his account at that time Mr [redacted] does owe for the March application at this time

[redacted] ***,We are not going to replace your tree You never informed us of the issues until you owed us money a year later A lot of things can happen in a year, we could have had a harsh winter that "killed" your tree As for your acidic soil apply lime or any other soil amendment will not be a quick fix This has taken several years to lower the ph and it will take several years to raise it, when you have an acidic lawn you will encounter bare areas most grasses can not survive in acidic soil hence the reason you have bare spotsthe only seed that works in red fesque I do not need to see your payment history we have every payment documented Mrs***, we are not going to be able tobut we will not be crediting or reimbursing your account, and we will not be replacing your treeThe service was done we expect you to pay for the services, we are hoping to keep this out of collections at this pointHave a wonderful day

This was an auto renewal error and has been cancelled and taken care of with a zero balance

Mrs [redacted] I am sorry to hear that your interaction with Lush Lawn has not lived up to the standard that we strive to provide for all our customers. In regards to the bill that was left on your door for the amount of $40.99. We will be removing this from the account and you do not owe anything to... us for the 2015 season. You will be receiving a cancel survey in the mail shortly that we have canceled your services for 2015. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
