We started servicing this property in 2015.  Our general services auto renew from season to season.  Every invoice that is left after treatment states that along with multiple letters sent out over the winter state that our services auto renew and that we need to be contacted to cancel the...

account or make any changes.  It is never stated that if you do not pre-pay, services will not auto renew.  We have a lot of customers that do not pre-pay for services that still auto renew season to season with no issues.  It is clearly stated several times to our customers.  We would be willing to to split the balance if we can consider this matter closed.  Thank you.

No contract needs to be signed and paying in advance does not mean that our services don't renew.  We left several invoices stating services renew along with multiple letters over the winter stating services renew and that we need to be contacted to make any changes or cancel services.  The majority of customers do not pay in advance and would be upset if we didn't come out the following season.

Mr. [redacted], I truly apologize for the inconveniences that we have caused you and your family.  I personally will make sure your number is removed from our data base.  We are not in the business of pestering or harassing potential customers, I hope in the future if you ever need help...

We have contacted the customer and have come to a resolution that is satisfactory for both parties

Again, I did not agree to any services from their company. I only agree to these types of services in writing, never verbally.  Why were they on my property 4 times, when they are billing for 2 service calls?  I did not see them on my property at all.  I have also filed a consumers  complaint with the Michihgan attorney general.  They need to have written agreements before going onto private property to do any services when no one is home.

Mr [redacted] agreed to Lush Lawn service on 12/10/2015.  I have attached a recording of the verification he made with our Sales Manager, [redacted].   He was also sent out a welcome package, outlining all his services.   This was mailed on 12/14/2015.    We performed a service on...

3/24/2016.    After that was performed, Mr. [redacted] called and said that he used another lawn care company and he did not know why we came out.  The office associate explained that he signed up on Dec. 10 and offered for Mr [redacted] to listen to the recording of the call.    We  immediately cancelled his account at that time.  Mr. [redacted] does owe for the March 24 application at this time.

Mr. [redacted],We have talked to you several times, we have played the recording for you agreeing to the services.  Your wife even moved the vehicle so we could do the application. We tried settling with you before sending you to collections. Since we did send you to collections you paid what was...

owed.  We never want to take anyone to collections but if you work and your boss said you are not going to be paid you would be upset.   We wish we could have settled before going to collection, one day we hope to earn your business back.

We have reached our to Mrs multiple times by phone have left messages, we have also emailed Mrs and have not heard back.  Mrs originally tried to pay her bill for the application that was done but her card but we have an invalid card number on her account, she also wanted more services for free...

on top of that.  If Mrs will pay for the application we will come our and do a Perimeter Pest spray on her home free of charge.  That would be satisfactory to both parties.

I have the email from them stating these facts and have provid** it to Lush Lawn. If this promise is not their normal promise, this is a n issue for them to address with their agent/employee. I made my decision to buy their service bas** on the statements made by their agent. I expect them to provide what they promised. That is they will continue to provide applications as need** for two years. I do not understand why Lush Lawn feels it is reasonable to make promises to get a sale and then not provide what they said they would. [redacted]

I don't care about that. I figured I'd respond since the reply from the company is laughable at best. Let's get things straight, you only left 1 voicemail. That was after you missed both appointments to come fix something you guys easily broke. Two, I had to call 4 or 5 times to get a response from you guys. I just find it hilarious that you can't just own up to a mistake at this point. I've already paid to fix everything, I've already fixed it at this point. You guys wasted too much of my time. It's clear that other customers feel the exact same way. Seeing as you've been getting a good bit of 1 star reviews and more Revdex.com complaints over the past year. Really shows the amount of character the company holds. I will continue to advise anyone looking to use Lush Lawn to avoid them until they can just own up to their own mistake. It's done, it's been fixed, just own up to a mistake and teach your drivers how to....uh drive.
