We have a recorded confirmation of services from Mr [redacted] he spells his last name for us and verified the address to be serviced along with his phone number He signed up in November and chose not to prepay but pay as he goes We did not service their property in so i'm not sure who they would have prepaid with but they did not use our services that season In we provided lawn care services and a Service Call Manager in to go onto the property During our second application on the lawn Mr talked to our technician and let him finish the application and asked to have a manager come out and look at his lawn and talk to him and still did not say that they didn't want service this season I don't feel that we did anything wrong or scammed them due to them signing up in November and verified service during our confirmation process We were on their property times before it came up that they didn't want our services

I do apologize for any inconvenience The account is marked DO NOT TELEMARKET I will make sure that the number is removed from any of our calling material Again I do apologize and will make sure it doesn't happen anymore

We will come out and do a free service for the Mole Control if it will resolve this issue Normally our policy is that you get the 4th round free if you get all within the service season That was not the case in this event we were only able to get apps in during our season However due to the circumstances we will come out and do a free service if we can consider the matter closed after the app is done

I am very truthful in what happened You where VERY unprofessional and WE both know what happened, what do we gain as a business if I where to fabricate lies like this? Mr [redacted] , you did agree to service and you did agree to pay for the application We have been in business for many years and we are very successful we do not lye to get business, we don't need to We would like to be done with this even though you said you would pay for the entire application I will settle for half, and lets part our ways

[redacted] ,We contacted you over the winter you spoke to our Sales Manager on 12/12/and you agreed to have our services for this season You even asked if we do snow removal in the recording We came out on 4-15-to do your first treatment of preemergent, then on 4-16-we did your spring slit seeding as you requested No calls from you until the second application was completed, at that time you wanted to cancel, and we cancelled the account as you requested It was stated very clearly on 12-12-that you wanted the services that where performed We had you a customer as of that day and sent you a prepay letter on 12-15-then another letter on 1-21-giving you another chance to either prepay or if you changed your mind you could have called and said you did Mr [redacted] I will call you today and try to resolve this issue.Thank you, [redacted] Branch Manager

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:Dear Lush Lawn Company,My lawn was taken care of very poorlyI felt very disrespected as a customerI knew that when I called for your services initially, that my lawn would be taken care of, however, it just caused more problemsThe reason I stayed another year was because I thought I would give the company a second chance in fixing what was doneAll of my concerns were completely ignoredWhen the manager came to look at my lawn, he said that it needs to be re-treated because of the inadequate job that was done by the lush companyI was told that I needed to pay an existing bill at time before I can have the re-treated lawn service free of chargeI did not pay the bill yet because I feel like the work done on my lawn was poorly managedThe Lush company did not make any effort to correct their mistakesHow am I supposed to know what the lawn was actually treated with if there was no improvement within a year? I still have crab grass along with numerous weeds and this is ridiculousAll of the bushes I had, tilted and changed color after the treatmentOnly the mature ones perked back upThere was one bush that did not improveThe treatment is causing the bush to die slowly due to the treatmentThe young bush probably needed something different to be treated with, not something that was used to treat the matured bush, which I am assuming was a strong chemicalHow would I know, when the company is supposed to be knowledgable of this, notice anything or report anything back to the company of what my lawn needsEvery time someone would come work on my lawn, they would always say “this is my first time.” This is not the experience I expected from this companyI strongly feel that this company took advantage of my situationThe company did nothing to fix my problemNo responsibility was taken and I am very disappointedMake the proper adjustmentsI will not recommend this company to anybody because of the way business was conductedThere was no quality serviceI would like my bush to be replacedI want a new bush and for it to be placed in my yardI do not want to pay extra laborI can’t dig into my own yard because I am a disabled personIf you do want to replace it, then about a $would cover the cost of the bush and hired laborI had to deal with the weeds all summer long, which this company supposedly took care of, when there was obviously no effort put in to my yardI am not going to pay anything because the company owes me more moneyI hope you reconsider this to correct your mistakesPlease do the right thingThank You, [redacted] ***

This is a mistake on our end and we do apologize for the inconvenience We will waive the charge of the application because we shouldn't have done it They did call in within our auto renew policy The balance is now $and should be satisfactory for both parties

We were able to resolve the issue that is satisfactory to both parties We both consider the issue resolved

Hi ***The Salesman was extremely clear with what you wanted to purchase He was not at anytime hiding anything in the conversation You both had a very engaged conversation about what you purchased from our company We take pride in our work and we do not ever want to upset any future customers You agreed to the services and even talked about the weather after our Salesmen confirmed the programs you requested You did not call to cancel this account until a month in a half later I understand that there can be some kinds of miscommunication but on our end it is very clear I have tried to reaching out to you to understand the issue, I called three times and it rings one time and there is dead air I would like to help any way I can, but crediting the application after it was completed I can not do

We have reached our to Mrs multiple times by phone have left messages, we have also emailed Mrs and have not heard back Mrs originally tried to pay her bill for the application that was done but her card but we have an invalid card number on her account, she also wanted more services for free on top of that If Mrs will pay for the application we will come our and do a Perimeter Pest spray on her home free of charge That would be satisfactory to both parties

Ms *** called into our office on 5/7/and claims that we put an undesirable grass on her lawnThe grass is identified as tall fescue This grass is indigenous to Michigan and is not part of the seed that we put down last fall Many of our customers call this time of year regarding
this; mistaking it for a weedWe explain to each customer that it is just undesirable grass; can only be pulled out by the root or it will just blend in with the other grass after the first few cuttings (it is more noticed in Spring because it grows at a much faster pace then the kentucky blue or rye) Mrs claims we put it there and was adamant about it Our office associate *** spoke to her and advised her that it is not something we put down, we seed with Kentucky Blue, Rye mix Ms.*** would not accept that answer, so *** transferred her to a Lawn Consultant, *** *** again explained and Ms*** seemed Ok with his explanation, but still wanted someone on the property Then on 5/11/Ms *** called back, upset that we came out and just left a flag At the time, ***, (the tech) put the sign in the lawn to let her know that he was there He verified that it was tall fescue at that time Ms.*** was upset that he did not do anything at the time of the free service call She starting yelling at the office manager who then transferred her to the Branch Manager, ***, and he again explained regarding tall fescue and that there was nothing for the tech to do out on the lawn Ms *** was not happy Ms*** then called back on May 13; claiming that we do not return calls? I am not sure who should call her, since she spoke with several people and we all gave her an explanation that I believe she asked for, but unfortunately she did not want to hear She cancelled her account On the very same day we put in a request to do a refund for the prepayment for Ms*** remaining prepay amount and cancelled her account, per her request That was Friday, May 13th We do not use sub standard grass seed, but we use the industry standard for this region and climate

We have talked to Mrs *** before she sent in this complaint it was completely resolved We have credited the account all though she did agree to the services The account is credited we will also discontinue solicitation to her residence

We are extremely sorry for the confusingI totally understand not wanting to pay until the service has been doneI will have one of my guys out no later than tomorrowPlease accept my sincere apology

The verification recording did reveal that it should not have been a sale, it was just an estimate She is correct and we are waiving the balance for the application and she will be removed from any collection calls regarding her balance We do apologize for any inconvenience

Hello, It appears Mr*** had services rendered back in in my notes shows he wasnt happy, our policy is to set up service calls to assess the situationthe service in which he is disputing is the overseed and that is almost impossible to ruin a lawnMr *** refused the
