We have talked to Mr and assured him that the bill was adjusted to a zero balance before this complaint was made, the credit was put in on 9/1/2016. This was communicated to him by the Office Manager on 9/2/2016.

I have tried to contact MRS via phone calls and emails and have not been able to reach her.  Mrs has a zero balance with us and believe this is a satisfactory agreement to both parties.

In reviewing the account record at [redacted] we do have a recording with the homeowners permission to provide lawn fertilization and weed control service that was discussed with a lawn consultant on 11/26/14. The homeowner states that she does not want to prepay for...

services but instead pay as you go which is fine. On 3/26/15, we made our first scheduled visit to the property and applied a fertilizer and pre-emergent crabgrass control to the lawn. Broadleaf weeds such as dandelions and clover were not treated at this time as it was too early in the year for this type of control to be effective. The assumption that because dandelions and other weeds were present meaning we did not treat the entire property is invalid. I apologize if the homeowner was treated rudely by one of our office personnel upon calling with a concern, I am certain that it was not our intention. We will credit the account the full amount of the application applied in March as a gesture of good faith and in the spirit of proper customer service.

We will come out and do a free service for the Mole Control if it will resolve this issue.  Normally our policy is that you get the 4th round free if you get all 4 within the service season.  That was not the case in this event we were only able to get 3 apps in during our season....

 However due to the circumstances we will come out and do a free service if we can consider the matter closed after the app is done.

As I posted in my complaint, Lush Lawn never took permission from me (I was not in town) or my wife who was at home on 4/15 & 4/16 nor informed her about the service. I travel frequently and when I returned around  May ending, I saw the Lush Lawn invoice and called them to withdraw their invoices as I have not placed / authorized any services to be rendered at my Home.Does Revdex.com recognize the Marketing Call Recording as Orders for Service and that too without the knowledge of the consumer?

I apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you.  After looking into your account I show that we spoke with in January and in March.  Both Mr. and Mrs. agreed to keeping all services.  We also called you the day before letting you know service was going to be done...

the next day.  Mrs. also called the office on 12-15-16 and said she was going to pay balance. We are not removing the balance at this time. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the office.

Lush Lawn spoke to Mr. [redacted] again this morning.  We have confirmed with the collections agency that this will not negatively effect Mr. or Mrs. [redacted]s credit score.  We have also issued a check in the amount of $76.65 that was mailed on 3/21/17.  Mr. [redacted] assured Lush Lawn that he is satisfied with this resolution and considers the matter closed.

[After two season of their service and a lot of money spent with no improvement to our lawn, we had enough. I sent an email to cancel service.  We are billed for a soil sample.  Why would we pay for something such as that, when we no longer wanted their services.  We had the same soil test the season prior that did nothing to improve our lawn. The company just wants to sell unnecessary services.  Look at the others who filed complaints with the Revdex.com. The service that is provided for bees and spiders is a deluxe perimeter pest application.  We do offer this as a 5 app program for customers to keep insects off the house for the season.  The invoice that was left after the application states in 2 different areas that the services renew...

from year to year.  We also send out 3 different letters during the off season showing what our customers have on their account for the up coming season.  These were all mailed.  No one ever called us to let us know that this was not wanted for the 2016 season, so yes we went out and did the perimeter pest application.  We would be willing to split the cost of the application if it would resolve this matter.  We did still come out and provide a service and use product for the application because we weren't told it wasn't wanted this season.  We would be willing to waive $45.50 if it would resolve the issue.

come back. Also spray weeds when out for crabgrass.  Mrs also concerned with thinning lawn I recommend soil program and let her know it appeared to be acidic due to the moss. There was moss in almost all bare areas."  All we can do is recommend thing to you, you have to tell us if you would like it fixed or not.  We do not just add programs to your account with out consulting you first.  On 8/12 you called and spoke to one of the Office employees and the notes on the account state "Mrs cancelling because she is mad that we did the GP the same day as the LC.  Tried to exp that it is okay, she believes it is not. Apologized for the confusion and told her next year I can make notes on h er account to make sure we do not do 2 apps on the same day."  We always handle grubs and Lawn care at the same time in the Summer, for all of our customers.  We are in the business of making our customers happy.  We do not have one call documented this season about your Trees, we never serviced your trees this year you cancelled the program.  We would have called with some of the issues you had this year but you instructed us to not call. When you did call we responded quickly and handled your issues promptly. I am sorry if you think you had poor service from us, we did try to make you happy if in the future you need help please let us know.   [redacted]Branch Manager

Mr. & Mrs. [redacted],We have a signed agreement that you gave us permission to come out and services that you are requesting the charges to be removed.  On 4/3 we did your round 1 application, on 4/30 we did your Slit seeding, and then on 5/6 we did your next application, on 5/8 we received...

 your payment for 34.99. Then on 5/27 you cancelled your services almost a full month after we did your slit seeding.  You have talked to several of our employees including myself, during our conversation you requested a conference call with the sales man and I informed you that the employee no longer worked here.  We have tried to meet you both half way, and remove the lawn care applications for you, and to just pay for the slit seeding back in August, we did not receive payment we have called you and emailed you several times before starting the collection process.  This is very clear Mr & Mrs [redacted], but we do have a signed agreement okaying the services rendered we do expect to be paid what is owned.

This is not acceptable because the email was not entirely truthful of what Lushlawns had written. The service was not complete, when I saw the random guy outside I went and asked right away what he was doing and where he was from. He was spraying in the wrong spot and only 10% of the service was complete so I don't understand how lush lawn can say the service was complete  which really the service was not completed because it was not the correct spots. none of the spots that I wanted to be done were done.  I sent him home and made him leave after finding out that he is not spraying in the right spots and just showed up unannoced, and not to mention a call ahead was not done as well. My daughter is the one that called and Tried to cancel the account and she came up with coming out and re-doing the first service at cost and then the last one would be free. My daughter then contacted me and I said no I wanted the first one for free and the last one. She called back and lushlawns refused and she canceled the account. There was never a point that the offered was aceppted and then called back and minds changed. I then proceed to call after when a second bill was got. I tried to resolve it and finally said come do the first service again and I will pay for the the remaining three and the women was rude and said no you are cancelled. I had enough and had to get Revdex.com involved. I am refusing to pay for the first treatment when it was not done. The employee did not even tell your company that he was sent home and there was an issue untill a phone call was placed the next day because I was livid about it. I will agree to pay 10% of the price which is $5.39. The women said most of the customers don't want us parking  in the driveway and I told her that was crazy that I wanted to be bothered using her terms because I need to know what's going on in my household because I live alone    It was like they were trying to hide and deceive that they were here doing the service the gentleman said he was never informed to call  ahead either.  Every single time I have spoke to this company they have not taken responsibility for anything that they have done that is part of the problem also it was an excuse after excuse of why things weren't done the right way.

Dear Mr [redacted]This treatment that was completed in April was credited two weeks ago on 5-12-15.  We handled the situation when you called in almost a month after the application was done.Thank you have a wonderful day

We had contacted customer in spring to add more services for the year. They agreed to that but apologize of any confusion that it was more than one service for the year. We have since credited that application.

[redacted],We are not going to replace your tree.  You never informed us of the issues until you owed us money a year later.  A lot of things can happen in a year, we could have had a harsh winter that "killed" your tree.  As for your acidic soil apply lime or any other soil amendment will not be a quick fix.  This has taken several years to lower the ph and it will take several years to raise it, when you have an acidic lawn you will encounter bare areas most grasses can not survive in acidic soil hence the reason you have bare spots. the only seed that works in red fesque.  I do not need to see your payment history we have every payment documented.  Mrs. [redacted], we are not going to be able tobut we will not be crediting or reimbursing your account, and we will not be replacing your tree. The service was done we expect you to pay for the services, we are hoping to keep this out of collections at this point... Have a wonderful day.

Please type details here:]Reason not happy with answer - is I know most business that can take money on a credit card can refund on a credit card.  I do it for our business and if you go to any store or business they can put funds on immediately.  How ever Lush Lawn chooses not to do it this way but to mail out a check when ever owner decides to sign it and mail it.  How long do you have to wait to get your money back.  Poor business and taking advantage of customers money

I felt very disrespected as a customer. I knew that when I called for your services initially, that my lawn would be taken care of, however, it just caused more problems. The reason I stayed another year was because I thought I would give the company a second chance in fixing what was done. All of my concerns were completely ignored. When the manager came to look at my lawn, he said that it needs to be re-treated because of the inadequate job that was done by the lush company. I was told that I needed to pay an existing bill at time before I can have the re-treated lawn service free of charge. I did not pay the bill yet because I feel like the work done on my lawn was poorly managed. The Lush company did not make any effort to correct their mistakes. How am I supposed to know what the lawn was actually treated with if there was no improvement within a year? I still have crab grass along with numerous weeds and this is ridiculous. All of the bushes I had, tilted and changed color after the treatment. Only the mature ones perked back up. There was one bush that did not improve. The treatment is causing the bush to die slowly due to the treatment. The young bush probably needed something different to be treated with, not something that was used to treat the matured bush, which I am assuming was a strong chemical. How would I know, when the company is supposed to be knowledgable of this, notice anything or report anything back to the company of what my lawn needs. Every time someone would come work on my lawn, they would always say “this is my first time.” This is not the experience I expected from this company. I strongly feel that this company took advantage of my situation. The company did nothing to fix my problem. No responsibility was taken and I am very disappointed. Make the proper adjustments. I will not recommend this company to anybody because of the way business was conducted. There was no quality service. I would like my bush to be replaced. I want a new bush and for it to be placed in my yard. I do not want to pay extra labor. I can’t dig into my own yard because I am a disabled person. If you do want to replace it, then about a $100 would cover the cost of the bush and hired labor. I had to deal with the weeds all summer long, which this company supposedly took care of, when there was obviously no effort put in to my yard. I am not going to pay anything because the company owes me more money. I hope you reconsider this to correct your mistakes. Please do the right thing. Thank You, [redacted].
