On January 2016, I saw an ad for a loan forgiveness programI filled my info and got a call almost immediatelyI spoke to a girl named Brenda she processed my paper work and one thing I did find odd was a power of attorneyI was skeptical but she was trained very wellI made my payments and realized they were a scamNot sure if I ever got a loan forgiveness but I just payed $ for no reason

SAC took $from me but did not do my consolidation as promised

I received a Final Notice stating that they are unable to process my student loan consolidationI keep calling them but no one is answering the phone
I received a Final Notice from the Student Aid Center on December 12, stating that I had business days to contact them or my claim would be droppedThey stated in the notice that I had not responded to their previous correspondence about my student loan consolidation and that they needed information to put it throughI have faxed my pay stub in November and have been trying to contact them after that with no luckIt also stated that if I did not get back to them in business days I would not be able to receive a refund of the I spent for their servicesI e-mailed once and have been calling their office but no one is responding or picking up their phoneI have left messages on their voice mail which stated that they would get bac

I paid to have help in student loan consolidation and now I am unable to reach anyone at this business and my consolidation process is not complete
The company seems to have vanished along with my money for services I paid for that were not completed All forms of communication including phones, website and emails are no longer activeI started services in June of and have paid a total of $1,dollars for assistance in consolidation of my student loans and to be setup with payment plan to get my life and finances back on track

I was working with student aid center to consolidate my student loans The second they asked me for my log in information to fedloansCom it raised a red flag I did not give them my information, and about a week later, I got a message from fed loans doing password request as though I had requested my password It made me angry I believe these people are scamming

Student Aid Center advertised to me that my debt would be paid in full after 10yrs of $0/mth payments after paying $for their service
I was instructed to submit a few documents, of which outlines what I understood to be the terms of agreementpayments of $totaling $and I would in turn pay $per month for years until the entire debt would be 'wiped out' as I questioned them; they of course said yesI gave them authority as power of attorney, signed a service agreement, and submitted an application; I have all these documents on handI also have a series of emails from several different people, all seeming to have a certain responsibility in the process of my loan consolidation

This agency is absolutely terribleThey lead you to believe that you are consolidating your laons through themThe truth of the matter is that they are just a facilitator to find you a bank or federal student loan programThey then take your information and sign you up for the program charging you $over three monthsThey also don't tell you that your money is just their fee and it does not go towards your loans in any wayI signed up for the consolidation november and they got my information processed just last week 1-13-There are other downsides that should throw up red flags to anyone using this companyTheir phone system is unprfessional and it is very hard to speak to a representativeTheir staff are more confused about my loan questions than I am, and they can't provide me with any of the necessary questions I have about interest rateOverall this is an absoultely terrible company and I would reccomend anyone to steer clear of them when trying to consolidate any of their student loans

I contacted them to help me lower my student loans They told me that they could do this and asked for payment of dollars that we did pay over a period of a couple months This has been well over a year ago and they have not provided any service or even contacted me back when I called to speak with someone There website is offline and there phone numbers are disconnected So, now I have been in deferment on my student loans for over a year and they are ignoring me in anyway that I try to contact them.this company needs to dealt with swiftly and money needs to be refunded to all the customers that have have stolen money from like myself I need to know how to get this issue resolved!
