When I first started getting my quote for what they do and how they can help me, they didn't exactly make some things clear.

Customer Service does need improving because I was bounced around a lot just trying to cancel the 'membership' and to get all the information I requested like the cancelation notification email.

they mislead me to believe that my refund check would arrive 7 to 10 business days. However, they did send the full refund back to me which took almost 13 business days.

I am extremely excited about starting my services with student aid center. they said I qualified for a 0.00 payment because my loan amount is double my income and I have 3 kids. I've actually been a victim of identity theft, so I was very skeptical before moving forward. They assured me if they couldn't help me they would give me a refund. They also put everything in writing for me. I don't have anything to lose, my uncle is a lawyer, lol. However, I confident in the companies presentation alone, that I was comfortable enough to proceed. (THAT WAS BIG FOR ME)

I was very skeptical at first especially from reading the reviews. However this organization got me a stellar deal on my graduate/undergraduate loans. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was assigned one worker to do business with and although he was not always available whoever I spoke to knew my case and was able to assist.
Keep in mind they will find you a deal based upon what YOU are comfortable with. Bottom line is that to think your gonna get out of paying your student loan is a dream. But if your looking for lower payments over a longer period of time they can do that and did so for me. There is a fee for this service.

I turned to them only after going to studentloans.gov & checking out their info on repay & forgiviness plans. Applied for the Income-Driven Repayment Plan, & got turned down for having student loans from before 10/1/2007. I was told to pay $379 a month & I thinking with what! Net Pay is what I live on for, rent, transportation, utilities, phone & food! Applied for forgiveness plan & again I don't qualify because I don't work in the required fields & student loans were before 10/01/2007. Desperate for help; I called SAC, after finding them online. Listened to what they had to say and went with their $299 for 5 months( they are moving up their price ) . The representatives will not tell you that the payments U make don't go to your student loans, U have to read it yourself & if you agree U acknowledge U read it. They were able to get me in the Income-Driven plan, how I don't know. I will never get the forgiveness unless I become a Teacher, Military, or work 4 a 501(c)(3) company.

I have 132,000 in student loans. My payments were iver $1000 per month and it seemed like the more I paid, the more I owed. It got to the point where I couldnt handle the payments and went into default, then they started garnishing my wages and tax returns. This company saved my life! The got me out of default, stopped the garnishments, got my payments reduced to under $100 and my term was reduced to 120 months because I work a government job... Then after that, the rest of my loans will be forgiven!!!! I will only be paying less than 12,000 back for over 130,000 in loans! At the very least, I felt I should share my story with the world here on Revdex.com. This company should be "A" rated.

I want to start out by saying that I was very skeptical of the SAC especially after reading the reviews and comments on Revdex.com and hearing everything on the news about how these types of companies scam people. When it came down to it, I didn't have a choice. I was up to my eyeballs in student loan debt. My wages and tax returns were being garnished and I had no way of making any payments. At the time I was aware that I could do all of this paperwork myself, but I had so many loans with different companies that I didn't know where to start. I decided to call the SAC to, at the very least. get some information and to see what they could do for me if anything. The person I spoke with was very respectable and not once during the conversation did he withhold that I would have to pay a fee for their services. I didn't think it so out of the ordinary that I would have to pay someone to do all of this work for me. After about an hour on the phone I was assured, because of my income, that I was qualified for complete forgiveness on all of my student loans. I decided to let them help me and I am so very glad that I did. Over the course of the next few months I began to receive notices that my accounts had been closed and my wage garnishments had been lifted. As of today all of my loans are forgiven. For a total of $1,000 in payments to the SAC, they saved me almost $90,000. It was completely worth every penny and not once have I regretted my decision. I feel like I have my life back.

BEWARE of this SCAM!!! They claim to "help" get you student loan forgiveness .. WHAT A JOKE!!! They are NOT upfront about their ridiculous administrative fees .. $800 .. to do basically NOTHING. Better to go through your lender yourself .. Department of Education has all sorts of repayment plans and they WILL work with you. Don't fall victim to this sorry company who preys on the financially challenged.
