Around late February of 2015, I received a random called from this company stated they will help me out with my student loan, instead they took my money and when I tried to reach them their telephone is always unavailableI gave them permission to withdraw the money in two separate cases of the loan my mother and I in amount of $2000.I just need my money back please or apply it to loan

Last year I went to this company thinking they was going to help me with my loan by paying them for months then the next year everything was a lie
I sent personal information to them about my bank account loans and paid them $a month to look on the internet this year and it say they think this is a scam when they was advertising it on tv, social media etc

Basically, I find this The Student Aid center to be very disorganizedThey emailed me documents to fill out and submitI didThey called to let me know that I hadn't completed some of the documentsI cheked the original emailI hadn't received the missing documentsI re-sent them any way
A few weeks later, they needed me to submit similar documents because the forms had changedI didThey emailed me to say that the forms had been receivedThey called me a little later to let me know that I owed them another payemtn and when, also that thye had submitted my info to another agency and that I'd no longer be communicating with themThey called me a few days later to relay the sam messageThen, I got another call saying that I had to fill out a missing documentI checked my eamil, the missing document is different form the original-againHow hard can it be? Just send everything the first time, I'll return it, and they'll have what they needI don't need weekly udates either to repeat the same thingThey actually contacte dme more than I stated to let me know that they'd gotten the infot hat they'd later call to let me know thet they didn't recieveAre they paid for each call that they make? How does it benefit them to continue to make the samr mistake? Can't they figure out a way to fix it?

This company falsely promised to help me set up public service loan forgiveness, but never didCharged me a lot of money for nothing! Hurt my loans
This company falsely claimed to help me get student loan forgivenessThey charged me a lot of money, but never actually came through on anything! They never got me set up with any forgiveness programSo I ended up setting up PSLF by myselfThen they consolidated my loans into one making all of my previous payments ineligible for PSLF! They charged me tons of money for nothing and then cost me money by messing up my chances for actual PSLF!! So disappointing and has been very *** my family!

After paying months of $199/each, I was never contacted by Student Aid Center as to the result of my application for student loan forgiveness

I did no realize there was a problem until I began getting recorded calls from Navient, the lender When I finally was able to speak to someone at Navient, I found that the only thing apparently done on the account was an application for months of forbearance According to other complaints I read about this company, this was their standard actions
