Looking to have my refund of $dollars returned to me for deceptive practices by this company mainly Francisco *** if that is his real name
When I found out on my own by doing more research that the Department of education would consolidate my student loans for free this is when I have been trying to contact this company literally for the last month and a half daily for my refund, I have called and left Francisco *** (if that is his real name) over several messages to call me back which he has not and I have also left a female by the name of Genesis *** numerous phone messages about my refund as well, the phone number that I have rings now three times and go straight to a busy signal, they refunded my money once through the postal service for taking out money that I did not require them to do, this company should not be in business with these kind of practices and deceit, I'm looking for my full refund

I gave them $in payments and they were susposed to wipe out my old student debts clean which of course they never did and I want my money back
I just saw that the Attorney general of Michigan sued this company calling them a big fraud!!!

I was contacted by a student aid company that proposed a deal for lowering my long term debt on my student loansI was told that I would be charged $a month for the first three months, my student loans would be consolidated, and then going forward my bill would be locked going forward I received a "Certificate of Guarantee" that stated I would receive a full refund at any time during the process if I backed out or decided not to proceed with the consolidationI sent documentation to them to complete the process and was billed $for five months instead of and they never consolidated my loans or took any action At this point, they have disabled their phone numbers and no one will return my emails regarding this situation They took $from me

As far as I know, nothing was misrepresented to me from this companyThey were very clear that the initial $200/ month for months was going straight to them, and not being applied to my loan balanceHowever, upon (very little) further research, I found that the process of consolidating loans is MUCH easier than I imagined and thus not worth $1,I called my load provider and had a similar plan put in place in less than minutesThis company makes money filling out routine applications that can easily and quickly be done without their help
The service is extremely overpriced, but there is nothing nefarious or "scam-like" about this companyI called them back and succesfully canceled my account with them in about minutesThey tried to talk me out of it like any other company, but on a scale of to Comcast, I'd give them about a for hassle

In June of 2015, I was contacted by a representative from Student Aid and told that if I paid $1,dollars that I would not have to pay back my student loanI was told that The Student Aid Center would contact EFINANCIAL to stop sending me statements because they were going to handle my account and I would not have to pay anything on my loan Well after months of them getting $a month from me, I get a response from EFINANCIAL, saying that we owe them $a month (which isn't very much), but it is when you were told that you would not have to pay anything I am getting letters now from EFINANCIAL again requesting my paystubs/tax returns so they can tell me what my payments will be for the next yearWe also got a call from one of the Student Aid representatives stating that since they got the bill down to $per month, that your facility would not be handling the school loan
