I had an issue with my my repayment plan ending sooner than expected [redacted] went above and beyond and held my hand through the entire process of getting this issue resolved

My experience with agency representative was very pleasantI was very nervous and my stress level was up and the agent was able to help me and calm down my nervesI really feel a lot better after speaking with you guys, I can't thank you enough

I had significant trouble getting my re-application approved by Fed Loan Services After multiple application rejections for confusing and obscure reasons, I was faced with a pending loan repayment $higher than my previous, and with a lower income I called Student Assist Plus, and [redacted] promptly conducted a three-way call to Fed Loan Services Within a short time, he'd managed to negotiated a more reasonable lower monthly payment and got them to accept my original IBR documents

Like any payment plan or loan taking on-it's complicatedHowever, when talking to anyone at Student Assist Plus they are able to talk to you like a human and answer any questions you have, and I mean answer ANY questions you haveManuel helped me the last time I called and was very helpful in what I needed

Student Assist Plus does a very important job if you are not a responsible person and can't turn in paperwork by yourselfHowever, if you are capable of signing some papers and faxing/uploading them to your loan borrow you don't need to pay Student Assist PlusWhen I called to cancel they told me my loan would no longer be a income based repayment planI called Navient and they said that Student Assist Plus can not change my repayment planThey swear up and down that you need to pay them $a month or you will be charged more money from the loan collectorIt is nearly impossible to cancel your account they try to guilt you into stayingI paid for a year and got no benefitWhen it came time to resubmit my documents I did it on my own before they even told me I needed toIf I were you I would just set a reminder on your calendar when to resubmit your documents and save yourself $a month
