Let me just say that when it comes to paying back your student loans, it is NEVER going to be simple. I was dreading having to call Student Assist Plus, not because they (or I for that matter) have done anything wrong, but rather for the fear that I might get charged more money than I can actually afford. Emmanuel answered all my questions and it was a very great experience. He was able to explain to me what was going on, what the re certification process meant and why they needed the information they were asking for. I felt really comfortable discussing my financial issues with him and he gave me the human connection that not many large companies have. In fact, in a matter of seconds, he knew who I was, my position and what I could do to find a way to repay my debts without going bankrupt. Thanks Emmanuel, thanks Student Assist Plus!

I would highly recommend this service to any struggling student loan borrower. Elizabeth was very informative about the loan industry. The customer service at Student Assist Plus is far superior than what you get with Loan Servicers. They really care about saving you time and money.

I had an issue with my my repayment plan ending sooner than expected. [redacted] went above and beyond and held my hand through the entire process of getting this issue resolved.

[redacted] helped me today and she was awesome. She got through to Navient and assisted me through it. She is extremely knowledgable and nice. Thank you to all your staff that are always great as well!

Three days after the cancellation they still charged my account $29.99. I left a complaint on Revdex.com and I received an email from Student Assist Plus stating that they refused to refund my account until I deleted my complaint, I refused to delete it so they responded to Revdex.com stating that I was threatening and abusive to their employees on the phone so they would no longer communicate with me. I have NEVER spoken with them on the phone and they do not even have my phone number. I have only spoken to them via email where I was the one threatened. They never refunded my money that they took after the cancellation of their "service" which is nothing but a scam. They do not provide anything to students that is remotely worth $30. They're abusive and scam artist who try to steal from young people who are vulnerable. DO NOT work with student assist plus! They're an awful company with no morals.

The initial consolidation/upfront cost of $600 was for TFSC Group.TFSC Group connects us with borrowers that are on an income-driven plan. The reason is so that we maintain one’s recertification needs annually. Student Assist Plus is an optional service and clients are free to cancel membership at any time. Under the $29.99 Student Assist Plus membership, we provide our clients with assistance on document preparation for federal student loan payments. With all the confusing information regarding student loan consolidations, repayment plan changes, forbearance/deferment, forgiveness, and discharge programs, we act a resource for one’s student loan solution needs. We complete, review, assess, and submit paperwork on the client’s behalf to the Department of Education. In addition, we provide consultations over the phone on how to ensure the lowest payment possible will be rendered as well as be completed on time to the Department of Education servicer. Third party services are used all the time: the car wash, a gardener, a tax accountant, a babysitter, etc. In the same instance, some borrowers would prefer to use our services instead of doing it on their own. In regards to the representative at the Department of Education, servicers can misinterpret the services we provide because all of the facts are not being given. We are not a fraudulent company. We provide an invaluable service, should one choose to retain it. Along with our client’s monthly membership, clients are enrolled in the following services (depending on your enrolled program): -Tax Hotline & Preparation Services -Credit Monitoring -Identity Theft Monitoring -Roadside Assistance -Fitness Discounts -Doctor by Phone -Dental Discounts -Pharmacy Discounts -Everyday Savings (Grocery, Shopping, Dining, Movies, Auto Services, Rental Cars, and Recreation) These aforementioned benefits do not get as much recognition as it should due to misinformation. As you can see, the student loan solutions benefit is only one aspect of our program. Again, we do apologize that our membership program was not communicated properly as well as the frustration you encountered when speaking to a customer service representative. Per your request, all of your personal information was removed from our system and your one payment of $29.99 toward Student Assist Plus will be refunded. We appreciate your time in reading this. Some of which may offer the type of service Mr. [redacted] is referring to. However, our company does not offer this service. We have contacted the client about his subscription service but unfortunately we are unable to address his claim for the $600 since it was directed toward the incorrect company. We would be glad to resolve his issue with his subscription service if he can return our phone call back at [redacted]. Tyler was a gift. I was starting to think I was scammed into thinking their company was really helping me with my loans. But talking to Tyler in solutions assuaged my fears and concerns. When he said he would call me back he actually did. He was very sincere about wanting to help me and I appreciate that. Tyler is a blessing and a keeper. There should be more like him.

information. However, we do not ask for any of this information. Student Assist
Plus works with many affiliates that refer business to us which may ask for
personal information. Again, Student Assist Plus does not require this
information from its members.
 
Mr. [redacted] has already been refunded in full by the company he
contracted with and Student Assist Plus never billed nor created an account for
him. We would like to assure Mr. [redacted] that no identity theft or fraud has
been committed and we wish him the best of luck. We hope he can be comfortable
knowing his contact information has been placed into a “do not contact” status
within our membership database and any personal information has been deleted.

Your representative, [redacted], took care of all my queries in regards to my son's student forgiveness recertification. He provided outstanding service which gave me complete satisfaction.
