The complaint was made to the RIGHT companyIt was failure of Student Assist Plus's behalf to respond to my email and/or call me in regards to what is happeningInvalid excuses were made as to why I could not receive an account and they were not able to consolidate my loansAfter contacting my original provider of federal loans, who legitimately works with the Department of Education, they mentioned that Student Assist Plus does not have the legal power TO CONSOLIDATEFurthermore, by making a promise for consolidation AND a lower interest rate and payment, an upfront "close out fee" for the loans was applied which should NOT even existAdditionally, they would begin charging $per month for a service that cannot, nor have power to provide

TODAY I CAME TO FIND OUT THAT STUDENT ASSIST PLUS IS A SCAM!! AFTER A WHOLE YEAR AND A HALF OF LETTING STUDENT ASSIST PLUS TAKE $OUT OF MY CHECKINGS ACCOUNT TO PAY OFF MY STUDENT LOANS FOUND OUT THAT MY LOANS HAVE NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE PENNYDUE TO THESE NEW, IM VERY UPSET AND ANGRYTHIS PLACE HAS COMPLETELY ROBBED, AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF STUDENTS LIKE ME, WHO ARE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DEBT WITH STUDENTS LOANSI COMPLETELY TRUSTED THAT THIS WOULD HELP ME AND NOT DAMAGE MEI WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF THAT MONEY COULD ACTUALLY BE GIVEN TO MY STUDENT LOANS, THAT REMAIN AT ZERO PAID DUE TO THIS INCCIDENT

Tyler was very helpful when I called about my student loan payment that was past dueHe helped me take care of it in a timely mannerHe even stayed on the line with me while I talked to FedLoans about a forbearanceTyler, as well as everyone else I've had an interaction with at Student Assist Plus has been very helpful and seem to sincerely want to help

Like many before me, my experience with Federal Student Loans and assigned Loan Servicers has been painful and anguishing, at every turn and every phone call with my assigned loan servicer I was given different and misleading information regarding issues and concerns about my Federal Student Loan and associated programs, one in particular, PSLF loan forgivenessBased on my experience and treatment I was receiving from my loan servicer it was very apparent to me that all attempts were being made to deny enrollment in spite of providing all necessary enrollment documentation many times overThe frustration level reached a breaking point, then I called Student Assist Plus, talking with Yair Ait was obvious that this tactic and treatment not only was widely practiced but encouraged, Yair Ahad the inside track and experience to represent me in a way that my loan servicer could not deny or ignoreI appreciate the support and professionalism exhibited by Yair Aand Student Assist Plus for helping me through this difficult experience
