I would like to thank Student Assist Plus personnel for their excellent support Your representative, ***, took care of all my queries in regards to my son's student forgiveness recertification He provided outstanding service which gave me complete satisfaction I've had to make several calls to [redacted] and on every occasion, he very willingly assisted me I would especially like to commend [redacted] for his professionalism and superlative skills I believe that [redacted] is an asset not only to Student Assist Plus but also to the many people who are seeking assistance

Let me just say that when it comes to paying back your student loans, it is NEVER going to be simpleI was dreading having to call Student Assist Plus, not because they (or I for that matter) have done anything wrong, but rather for the fear that I might get charged more money than I can actually affordEmmanuel answered all my questions and it was a very great experienceHe was able to explain to me what was going on, what the re certification process meant and why they needed the information they were asking forI felt really comfortable discussing my financial issues with him and he gave me the human connection that not many large companies haveIn fact, in a matter of seconds, he knew who I was, my position and what I could do to find a way to repay my debts without going bankruptThanks Emmanuel, thanks Student Assist Plus!

This company is amazing! [redacted] went above and beyond anytime I had a question, concern, or needHe not only assisted me with my needs, but helped me get my payments so low that I can actually start saving money each month now! I had over $23k that I needed help with and I'm so excited that I'm now in the process of getting into their other programs as wellTotally use these guys!

Revdex.com: Three days after the cancellation they still charged my account $I left a complaint on Revdex.com and I received an email from Student Assist Plus stating that they refused to refund my account until I deleted my complaint, I refused to delete it so they responded to Revdex.com stating that I was threatening and abusive to their employees on the phone so they would no longer communicate with meI have NEVER spoken with them on the phone and they do not even have my phone numberI have only spoken to them via email where I was the one threatenedThey never refunded my money that they took after the cancellation of their "service" which is nothing but a scamThey do not provide anything to students that is remotely worth $They're abusive and scam artist who try to steal from young people who are vulnerableDO NOT work with student assist plus! Hello [redacted] , Thank you for your assistanceWe received the complaint from [redacted] ***, formerly [redacted] A manager attempted to resolve the complaint and called the client during this time01/24/11:AM The phone call rang and then a busy signal.01/24/1:PM [redacted] answered the call then promptly hung up on a managerNo conversation was able to take placeA manager attempted to call back several times afterwards but each phone call was rejectedDue to the shortened length of the call, no resolution was able to be madeWe provided membership services to the client over the course of her membershipUnder her membership, she received the following services: Credit Monitoring, Identity Theft Monitoring, Tax Hotline, and [redacted] Due to the client’s dissatisfaction with our services, we would like to speak with her in order to help resolve her claimWe apologize if she was unhappy with any services renderedWe would like the opportunity to improve on our services and resolve [redacted] ’s claimThank you, Management

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from the company is a completely aligationI have not spoken to a single representative on the phone since this complaint was postedI did receive an angry email from one of their representatives on 2/1/demanding I remove this complaint because I was mistaken about the nature of their companyI told him that I'd look into his claims further when I got home and I'd check my bank statements to see if what he said was true (if it was I agreed to remove my complaint, if not I would leave it)He said this was fine with him and sent me some "proof" from his endI did not however get a change to look in to my own documents since I have been in and out of the hospital dealing with my pregnancyWhen I got my most recent message from the Revdex.com this morning I realized I had forgotten all about this complaint with everything else going on so I logged in to read the company's responseI have never spoken nor typed a single curse word or derogatory remark towards any individual who works at or for this companyI do not appreciate this company's attempt to defame my character by publishing libelous claims against meI will happily provide my phone records as well as the email correspondence between myself and the individual I "talked" to in order to prove their statement in false

The people there are prompt and are helpful in getting problems solvedThey are willing to make sure that my loan process is easier

I have used Student Assist Plus for about a year, now They have drastically reduced my monthly payments and I have been very happy with their service I submitted my recertification application and didn't fill it out correctly They were able to talk with the loan company with me on the line and get a forbearance with them so that I would have enough time to get my application reviewed and approved for my lower monthly rate without having to pay the higher rate
