I read the response message from the Student Loan Service Business and the information that they told you were not true. I will accept the cancellation decision. I would like for the Student Loan Service to refund my money that they took from me and to make sure that they remove the promissory note that they have filled out online in my name

I have been paying for years and three monthsI have to do all my work that needed to be doneI had to refile for loan forgiveness by myself and other paper workI have made every payment to this company to do this for meI want all my money back at every month for the last months{1093.00}

I have not received any assistance with my student loans past the first time I have had several reps (no one tells me when my rep changes) They do not return calls or emails
I have had to do all the renewals for my IDR and pay $per month for nothing
The one call I received had not way to call back I have sent numerous emails, made calls and left messages with receptions and when I do get a call back it is with the speech of
"oh let me look into for you." and get nothing in return I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

They took care of everything while I was on the phone with themThey were really friendly and helpful

Stay away from this companyThey will tell you that they can do all of the paperwork and you won't be botheredThey do nothing but drag out the consolidation of the loansDo it yourself on the Federal Loans site FOR NO CHARGEThis company charges $to do nothingThey also collect a fee upfront of around $My student loan has doubled in payment amount, which I cannot pay, and the reduced payment options are still more than what I was paying with my lenderAlso, the amount to pay back has increased due to interest accruing while they "submit my paperwork." In addition, the reduced payment options are not eligible for loan forgiveness anyway, which I why I went with this companyAs an educator, loan forgiveness after years is a wonderful, but apparently imaginary carrotHorrible companyWaste of your timeSTAY AWAY

I recieved a call from *** *** representing Student Loan Services advising that I might qualify for Student Loan Forgiveness through the William Ford Act where I would have one monthly payment for years, afterwhich (if paid consistently ontime) my student loans would be forgiven He advised that he was not with the dept of education but instead a private company that would help me reduce my payments by doing all of the necessary legwork and paperwork When I asked how he would do this he said that we could include anyone who I may have supported financially in the past in my family size (leading me to believe that this was an acceptable practice) as he was representing a companyI was also promised a case manager who would be responsible for my account and communicating with my lendersI payed two payments of $for a total of $as their initial fee to "lock in" my monthly payment of $a month After a year of making payments (for my loan and fo

When I contacted Student Loan Service.us (SLS) on 1/7/14, I believed that I was signing up for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) ProgramI chose SLS because their website was .us, which along with their then federal looking logo, made me think they were government Since then, I believed that I was making income based monthly payments ($39) on my student loan debt, not making these payments to a 3rd party (SLS) whom I was (unbeknownst to me) paying to fill out the income based paperwork for me (which I would have gladly done by myself) On 2/29/16, I called my loan servicer, Nelnet, when I found out that the Income Based Repayment (IBR) Application that I sent on 1/13/(via email to SLS) was not received at all It was due on 2/18/ (I received an email on 1/14/from SLS that my IBR application had been received.) I then called the official and free PSLF Servicer, FedLoan Servicing, and they said that I am indeed set up for an IBR Plan, but that I have not been sig

SLS makes clear that loan forgiveness options are available to
students who meet certain qualifications set by the Department of Education
SLS does not advertise or promise that it provides any type of loan
forgiveness The Document Processing Fee goes towards the initial
consolidation application processing, and the monthly service fees are towards
the servicing of Client’s account, including renewals of the income dependent
repayment plan applicationsAs stated earlier, Client’s consolidation was successfully
completed on 2/7/13, and the renewal for was complete on 1/29/Because
Client cancelled before SLS could complete his renewal for 2015, he has been
issued a refund for monthly service fees totaling $

In September of I received an email from SLS (Student Loan Service) regarding loan forgiveness for public service employeesI responded to this as I have a sizeable amount of student loans and had been working in a low-income school district for the past yearsSLS seemed more than happy to assist me and explained that they would consolidate my loans and enroll me in the loan forgiveness programI needed to give them my personal information including proof of my employment and a $processing feeMy loans would then go into forbearance for the next months while they worked on consolidationI was told I would begin paying $a month starting on March of Like many other applicants, I thought, this was payment towards my loans
The $continued to be withdrawn from my account monthly (months) until I received an email from FLS (Fed Loan Servicing) in December of stating I would need to set up automatic withdrawal for my repayment planI explained I alread

What exactly was done?
