Issue is in regards to online orderParts of an item arrived broken and I called customer service representative and was advised to return the broken parts that would be replaced by vendorBroken item was shipped and sent out and I kept the remaining good parts of the orderLater on I was adviced that item couldn't be replacedA couple of days after I was emailed from customer service and Was informed that part could be replaced and I was given a replacement orderThis made me ***Two days later they cancel the replacement orders without letting me knowI found out because I entered their website and checked on the status of the orderI then began a chat with customer service and they adviced me that item couldn't be replacedMy complain is with the lack of training of this companySome customer services advise you one thing
