I purchased approx$99K in home furniture and furnishings from ***, the online store for Neiman Marcus, or Neiman Marcus DirectThis was between 2010-Over the next year or so, several things happened which pointed me to the unsafe construction of the furniture and also of the hazardous materials used to manufacture some of the items I had purchased
Just a few of these purchases with quality and safety/health concerns are:
ADining room chairs costing over $for eight chairs fell apart under my family members when seated for dinner;
BSilverware sets rusted with only a short period of careful daily use as directed (hand washing and drying; and
CAn expensive "Venetian-style" mirror fell apart after b

So I waited, and waited, and waitedNo emails were sent to me telling me that the order had been cancelled, with whatever reasonNo phone callsToday is April 5thI went online to check my order and it was shown "cancelled"Customer service told me because the manufacturer has discontinued this product, and therefore cancelled my order, without any notice
I feel neglected, unrespected, and playedThe seller show no respect to their customers
First of all, if they don't have the items in stock, they should not have labelled it as "in stock" on their website

They kept saying my order would be delivered on time and suddenly I was told the order can't be delivered on time
