On February 6, I ordered an item online from Neiman MarcusI have unsuccessfully been in contact with Neiman Marcus Customer Service (numerous times by both email and phone) to track this item, as I have yet to receive it At this point, I requested of them to cancel the order and have my credit card reimbursed Unfortunately, I am not getting any definitive response to that request either
