Wrong gift card balance
I placed an order WNXXXXXXXXXX during the neiman marcus gift card event, my order qualified $gift card, but I only received $200, I contacted neiman marcus and they said they will issue an additional $gift card for me, so I wait for them, but no replyi contacted them again, they said the gift card was issued but it's expired, I can't accept the reply

Removal of customer information from online systems
I have requested multiple times to have my account removed from Nieman Marcus' online system I do not approve of their business practices, and I want ALL of my customer information deleted from their system I have emailed multiple times, starting back in late January
