Sold suit with compromised fabric, won't take responsibility
My husband and I were introduced to the brand Ermenegildo Zegna in March, as we were looking for a suit for my husband for our wedding We love the way the suit fits on my husband, so we purchased more Zegna suits from Neiman over the last years, spending over $10,on four suits Since my husband now owns so many suits, he's probably only worn each of the suits 5-times, with being a very high estimate About a month ago, my husband sat down in his car seat wearing one of the Zegna suits and the fabric on the leg COMPLETELY tore up It was not a break in the seam, but a complete rip in the fabric, probably about 12-16" long We went to the store and asked them to repair the pants, which they couldn't We wanted the salesperson to find matching pants, which they couldn't The salesperson tried to blame us for the tear in the pants, saying the pant leg may have caught on an object when all my husband
