NM is not following the correct steps to complete my credit increases which could lead to identify theft I contacted NM on 2 occasions regarding credit increases both were denied I'm fine with that however both times they didn't follow the proper channels which is to call me on the phone number listed due to my fraud alert. This is definitely unacceptable and NM seems to think its ok at some point they need to held accountable . I spoke to Amber Benazeer today in which he was very rude. I reached out to him on a prior occasion for the same problem and it's the same results

I made $cosmetics purchase on Neiman Marcus on 07-16-2018, and now it is 10-23-2018, they still cannot ship one product ($50) to me At the same time, I didn't receive any of the gifts related to the entire purchaseIf I cancel the $order, then I spent $without getting any gift as they advertised! I've placed an order online on Bergdorf Goodman. They asked me to wait more than 18 days and then cancelled my order without any explaination. First I have to say that this case is the problem of my unpleasant online order experience with Bergdorf Goodman. I placed an order on Bergdorf Goodman on Sep 17th, 2016.
