The store manager, Ms. Beverly Conte(sp?) called me a liar when I tried to explain why I had not been able to return timely return a dress. I tried to return a dress a few days after 90 days had passed. The store has a return policy, however due to a serious health issue with my husband I was unable to return it within the time. I was told to talk to the manager, but when I started saying that "My husband got sick", the manager, who was already not being polite cut me off saying "They all say that". I filed an online complaint on April 14, and have repeatedly followed up with them, but to this day, a different "assistant" each time tells me they will address my complaint, but nobody ever contacts me back. I have never been treated with such disrespect as a customer.
