This isn't about Neiman Marcus, it's about Bergdorf GoodmanI ordered some items online and they shipped it out, but the Fedex was damaged the box on the way so they sent it back that means I didn't received the packageThen Bergdorf Goodman didn't sent me another package and they just do return on my order, which I never received and "return", but they didn't refund me the entire order but still charge me some of the items that never arrived and cannot received foreverSo, this is a simple problem, I didn't receive any item of my order, so I need the whole refund but not a part of my refundHowever I called their customer service, and the assistant didn't refund me but charge me again which is her mistakeThen I write email to them, and they just want me return the item which I never received itAt last I tried to live chat online with the assistant, she just wanted me to wait and wait and wait, and she just disappearedThat is the most horrible customer service in the department stores

Deceptive Advertising NM Last Call website advertised "35% of ENTIRE SITE" however Last Call would not honor sale Neiman Marcus Last Call sent an e-mail advert this afternoon indicating their "Entire Site" is 35% off however when I attempted to make a purchase the additional 35% off did not populate in my cartI called NM Last Call's toll-free customer service number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) to have the 35% off manually appliedI was informed by a manager that exclusions applyI explained to [redacted] (call center manager) that the advertisement in the e-mail addressed to me and what is advertised on NM Last Call's website does not state that there are exclusionsIt clearly says " Entire Site." When [redacted] declined to honor the 35% off I did not continue with the purchase

I place orders on Bergdorf [redacted] 3 weeks ago. They are not shipped yet!!! I placed orders on Bergdorf [redacted] on 9/14(WBXXXXXXXXXX) and 9/18(WBXXXXXXXXXX). BG has the only store in New YorK city. So I have to place orders online when they starts the Beauty Event. I had good shopping experience before at Bergdorf Goodman.com before. But now, because of the endless delays, I have to find the alternative gifts for them which will cost me more!!!!
