No explicit return policy My sister purchase a Chanel wallet on chain bag as a gift for me several years agoIt was sitting in the closet for yearsSince I couldn't find any explicit return policy for Neiman MarcusI called the store and a sales person said I could return it, if I wasn't satisfied as long as I had the tag and receipt I took the bag back to store and gave it to the sales person but couldn't find anything to exchange it forI asked the sales person if I could get store credit, instant of returning to my sister's credit cardThe sales person made a call and took the bag somewhere to get it examinedAfter coming back she refused to allow me to exchange it or get any type of credit cause she said the bag has been damageI've never wore it or done anything to have damage the bagThe bag is lamb skin so damage could have happen even before the bag was purchased or when the lady took it to get examined Problem date: 4/30/ Purchase date: 7/13/ Mode
