I ordered my glasses from places and cancelled from both of those places and ended up hereOrdered online and it says on their website: Most orders are processed in 2-Business Days In the event your order has not shipped we do ask for an additional 2-days to process your order as our fulfillment centers carry tens of thousands of items and occasionally there are some unforeseen delays I even paid for priority 1-day shipment and had this guaranteed that it would be delivered at least days after the purchase was made I chat them the day after making the order and was told the following: Prescription glasses takes 10-business days to ship out (this is not written ANYWHERE on their website, nor do any of the chatters warn you about this)They did refund me for the shipping but that doesn't take away from the fact that you can't even be emailed about this nor does that solve the issue that is: WE NEED OUR GLASSESThey barely even respond to any communication!

I placed an order on 5/and have neither received the item, nor any other type of correspondence despite many efforts to contact them, no success I paid $for a pair of subscription frames, to be delivered and handled within business daysI was told I would receive an update once the order had shipped, this never happenedI contacted them within two weeks and was told sometimes things take longer I have contacted them by phone numerous times, no one picks upI left messages, no one calls backI sent emails and received no responses

I ordered from this merchant and haven't received my product or refund I order from the merchant on 12/28/with the illusion that my product would ship within business and possibly 7-due to high volume ordersI repeatedly reached out in the coming weeks which warranted nothing helpful and sometimes not a response at all My emails are now going unanswered and they phone is ringing busy as of today My order number was XXXXX and the amount was $which they refunded $previous and said I should receive the remaining balance in hours, which never happened
