Sunglass Oasis took a $payment from me online They have not filled the order and are unreachable via phone or emailThey do not respond I placed an online order (#XXXXX) with them on January I paid $for a pair of framesThe order was promised to ship within daysWhen I called back weeks later to inquire on the delay I was told that it was backordered and would be in within a weekSince that time I haven't heard anything from the company and I cannot get anyone on the phoneIt is always busyI sent emails to their customer support and posted on their [redacted] page that I would like to cancel my order and get a refund but no one will respond at all

Fraudulent online business. No receipt or confirmation after supplying credit card information. No valid response at customer service number or email. I placed an an order online 12/20/17 & I received no receipt or confirmation number in my email which immediately concerned me.
