I bougth a sunglasses at 4th of January and I paid for my order via credit card.Still NOT delivered and the status on the website is still NOT shipped.I tried to contact them more than times I sent emails to customer service but nobody answered me.They mentioned in website the order need 2-bussiness days to shipped but still they NOT.I ask them to refund, but same result nobody answer me.Now, I paid for nothing !!Please help me to make refund and tell other people to beware and do NOT buy from this website.I have all details in receipt if you want (the order id, paid status, etc.) And I have the credit card details also.Best regards,Dr***
