PLEASE DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My baby broke my wifes eyeglass frames I ordered the frame replacement from this company (no lenses) It has been over weeks and still no eyeglass frames...! After two weeks, I left a bad review via the multiple email questionnaires they will send you, hoping for a response Later that day, I emailed them AND I called customer service to inquire, was placed on hold for minutes then asked to leave a message I did so, including my name, order number, and phone number No one called me back that was a week ago??? I've also left multiple messages via their online help tool I have tried to reach their customer service over a dozen timesthey never answer, only goes to voicemail after a long wait on hold So I left more phone messages and direct emailsnothing!!!! What is going on? How long does it take to put some empty eyeglass frames into an envelope and mail them? My wife has gone three weeks now without her glasses I'm now waiting on a refundper the other comments here, I'm guessing I'm probably going to have to dispute this with my bank How has this company not been shut down or gone after by the Revdex.com?

I sent messages on from their website asking for order update and sent an email message from my email to customer service on 12/to ***@sunglassoasis.com They have not responded to me
I see that this complaint of not receiving the sunglassess is not uncommon I would like a refund
