Hi I ordered reading glasses and received the wrong sizeThereafter I requested prepaid return envelopeThis took many e-mail requests, I now wish that I did not returnFor the past month I have been waiting for my credit card refundEvery few days I receive a reply my account is being reviewed on but until now no creditAfter reading many similar messages I realize the company is a rip off I wish suppliers would not supply inventory and court charges take place and company shut down

Purchased coach sunglasses 1/27/ Never received a confirmation of order # XXXXX totaling $ Have been emailing everyday since 2/1/to today 2/15/as well as attempting to call (no one every picks up sates that there is no one is at that line and to leave message which I do) and have been trying to communicate via their online chat which again no one every respondsI have been requesting to have my item purchased canceled due to horrible customer service and lack of communication and have not been able to get into contact with anyone (and I have yet to receive the item)

1/28/- Product never received, I sent an email to cancel the order
1/29/- Received an automated response that they will respond in 1-days
2/7/- Still have not received any sunglasses, response or resolutionI emailed another message to follow up on refundI contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges

Extremely poor business practices
I ordered pair of *** Sunglasses (Product description: HERITAGE CAT EYE *** XXXXXX XX GRADIENT BORDEAUX RED BORDO' BROWN Women's Full Rim Butterfly mm) online from Sunglass Oasis on 10/28/(order #XXXXX)I received an email that my order would be processed in 2-business days, and the cost of the sunglasses ($110.67) was deducted from a *** gift card on that same daySince I did not receive any tracking information within the company's stated time frame, I called them on 11/10/The customer service representative who responded to my call assured me that my order would be shipped before 11/17/By 11/26/I still had not received the item, nor had I heard from the company so emailed them requesting a refundI did not get any response by 11/28/so I called the company again to request a refundNo-one answered the phone, and I left a voice message- which no-one has responded to as of 12/4/

I do not think they care what you think about themif they will only take the time to review all the negative comments about their customer services maybe they could improve the sales ..I been complaining about the order I never received since December last year with no results ...but I promised myself will no stop until I get what I bought The funny part is that when you as for alternative they claim it is not available any longer the WEB PAGE is no longer active and they treat customers like stupids ,

PLEASE DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My baby broke my wifes eyeglass frames I ordered the frame replacement from this company (no lenses) It has been over weeks and still no eyeglass frames...! What is going on? How long does it take to put some empty eyeglass frames into an envelope and mail them? My wife has gone three weeks now without her glasses I'm now waiting on a refundper the other comments here, I'm guessing I'm probably going to have to dispute this with my bank How has this company not been shut down or gone after by the Revdex.com?
