Like what many have said here and on yelp, I also experienced the same issuesI ordered an eyeglass frame, with an email confirmation stating a 2-business day processing timeOne week went buy with no email updatesNumerous emails went unanswered, and numerous calls went straight to their voicemail Later, I was finally able to get through on the phone and was given the same lame excuses such as "A holiday delayed shipment" and then, pretending to further research my order, the guy said "It was damaged at the manufacturers" I demanded an immediate refund, and he said I would receive an email confirmation within minutesI never received any email confirming the refund process My bank is doing a charge backShame on these scammersShut them down

I ordered two pair of sunglasses on October 12th and neither pair came in and it is December 6th I have left messages with this company and none of them were returned I have requested a refund and they will not provide a refund This company is a fraud company It appears to have be located in Florida but I have never spoken with anyone from the US

On 1/21/18, I ordered pairs of glasses (one eye glasses and one sunglasses) from Sunglass Oasis online, order #XXXXX, $totalOn 1/23/18, the company emailed me and said the eye glasses were no longer availableI selected several other pairs, which too were out of stockI finally selected a pair that was available, and there was no price difference The eye glasses shipped the same dayOn 2/5/18, I received the eye glasses They were too smallI went online and initiated a returnTo do so, you must request approval to return the glasses, which is supposed to occur within hours (and then they send you a return label) I waited and waited, and never received approval or the return labelAlso, I never received the second pair of sunglassesOn 1/31/18, I emailed the company (in the same email thread as my conversation about the out of stock glasses on 1/23/18)

This company has been unresponsive and misleading in their fulfillment expectations

do not buy from here...took my money, no product, no respfrom many emails nor callsI disputed through my bank had to cancel my bank card and low and behold, when the bank questioned them I got a call and email stating (again) my order was accepted (they already sent this three wks ago and charged me..) and a tracking noin which states no info as product was not picked up or dropped off yet...same as before....my bank is helping with this matter

I placed an order weeks ago and to-date still haven't received my sunglasses, the promised tracking information, a response to my email inquiries or been successful in getting somebody to answer my numerous phone calls I only ordered these glasses from Sunglass Oasis because Coach was sold out at the time, wasn't even looking for the deal (honestly was afraid they would be a cheap knock-off but loved the glasses so much I was willing to take the risk) Now I'm confident that I'm just out the money From other reviews it sounds like some individuals have received their merchandise and others have the same issues as myself only submitting this review to make people realize that you may be in the bottom half of the customer-base and never receive your purchased merchandise Best of luck with your on-line gambling game if you decide to proceed with a purchase
If this is a litigate business their customer service is non-existent and needs serious assistance

1/8--Told my order was placed in priority status with manufacturer and that they would be on their way immediately
1/24--Told Our fulfillment centers carry tens of thousands of items and the manufacturers occasionally have distribution delays in routeYour order should be on the way soon next weekOnce shipped you will receive the tracking update
