Unable to return order
I purchased three pair of sunglasses - I have tried to return these for over a month I have emailed their website contact form and never hear back I filled out the necessary form and they were to email me a prepair return label I also called dozens of times - always a recording I am put on hold and then asked to leave a voicemail - they have never called me back

This is a scam to steal people's money and they must have some tie with Bank of America and Visa because after explaining how Sunglass Oasis took my money they said they could not do anything The Bank of America representative said this was a completely unfair practice but the banking norms allow itand he could not care less that this was happening to one of his customersTalk about big business setting up a system to take full advantage of the working class As you can see by all the reviews, they have been fooling people and taking their money for years and the business community, including Bank of America and Visa, know about it but don't care at all In fact, they have rules that make it difficult and complicated to dispute a charge My credit company abandoned me, I have no sunglasses and Sunglass Oasis, by the rules set up by Visa, are allowed to take my money How is this unfair practice allowed in the United States? I ordered two pair of sunglasses on October 12th and neither pair came in and it is December 6th I have left messages with this company and none of them were returned I have requested a refund and they will not provide a refund This company is a fraud company It appears to have be located in Florida but I have never spoken with anyone from the US

I placed an order with the company and they have not shipped my order or responded to my customer service requests
