A neighbor recommended Superior, and we're glad they did. The pricing detail was thorough allowing us to compare options (and other bids) from an informed point of view. The sales presentation was informative and not pushy.

The installation team protected our hardwood floors when bringing in and removing equipment. They were efficient, patiently answered questions, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Our new HVAC system is a great improvement over our former system. We're very pleased with Superior Heating & Cooling in every way!

We have both the spring and fall checkup every year. This year our regular technician, Dave, found cracks in our heat exchanger. I had been feeling light-headed for days and if the furnace had run much, I could have been seriously sickened, or worse, by leaked carbon monoxide. Thank goodness we called for the fall check up before cold weather really set in. So grateful, too, that Superior could install a new furnace the day after that surprising fall checkup.

I called Superior about an ac unit that wasn't working and decided to get the ac and furnace. I had and early mourning appointment and once I decided to go with them they were able to get it done by the end of that day. They were very professional.

Workers showed up on installation day on time. They were very professional. They used the shoe cover when walking inside my house. Also they put down a layer of cloth to prevent any damages to the hardwood floor. The air conditioners were on the low side of the house. The new air conditioner now is sitting at a higher ground with the new concrete pad. At end of installation, they did a nice job of clean up. Overall I am happy with the installation job. Two units done in 3/4 of a day.

Our ac went out on Thursday night-just when out of town company arrived. I spoke with a friend who told me to call Superior. I called Superior and they had a service adviser (Dave) come out the following morning. Dave inspected our unit and explained what the problem was.
We decide to replace the unit. Dave was able to re-charge our existing unit with freon to get us cool air through the weekend.
Ben arrived on schedule Monday morning with the new ac unit. He and his assistant did a great job of installing the new ac and new thermostat. By noon they were finished and all cleaned up.
Very professional.

Had an estimate on furnace and A/C unit. They ended up installing the same day. Great group of guys. Cleaned up everything when they were finished. No sitting around they were strictly business. I would recommend Superior to anyone needing HVAC service.

I cannot say enough positive comments about the sales and service of Superior Heating and Cooling. My wife and I were experiencing some serious air conditioner problems during the peak summer heat. I called Superior on Friday and Dave the technician arrived early Saturday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective electronic board. The system was over 18 years old, so we decided to opt for a new system instead of paying $595.00 into an old system. Andrew the salesman arrived early Monday and showed us four quality Bryant HVAC systems. We chose the second best system because we had it at our previous home and was very familiar with it. We moved to our currently location in May. After signing the necessary papers, Andrew set the installation in progress. Within two hours, service technicians Ben and Austin arrived and proceeded to remove the old system and install the new. Another service technician, Lucas stopped by to check on the progress and check to see if he was needed. They took care in laying floor protectors down and putting on shoe covers to protect our floors. By 5:15 the new system was installed and running with efficiency. Thank you Andrew, Lucas, Dave, Ben, Austin, and the entire Superior HVAC staff. You are top-notch.

I sought three bids for my home with two AC units and 2 furnaces (zoned heating and cooling). Superior was the lowest bid. They gave me "Good", "Better", "Best" options and did not pressure me when I choose the "Good" level. They scheduled the work within seven days of signing the contract. They arrived promptly with a large crew. They started at 8:00 and were finished by 3:00. The crew was professional and courteous.

When my air conditioner quit running my wife called Superior Heating & Cooling to send a serviceman in order to diagnose the problem. Having a new air conditioner installed really was not part of my plan at the time but, as anyone who has had one quit during a heat wave knows, plans alter quickly. I had old equipment so I knew it was just a matter of time before it would need replacing. It was time. The serviceman was professional, competent, and answered my stupid questions as if they were not stupid. And, as it turned out, after weaving a camera through my thirty-year-old furnace, it could be seen that it had cracks in it that would make it impossible to use safely. I had considered replacing both units last year, but now I felt I wanted to and had to, and so I did. I was given three options, made my choice and set a date for the new installations. I could not be happier with the "upfront" way Superior handled everything. After diagnosis I knew what was wrong and knew what I had to do. Furthermore, on the date of the installation they arrived on time, went right to work, did it well. The installation of the new systems took most of the day and the crew (Ben, Austin, and Hayden) who couldn't have been more pleasant to work with, were classy, respectful men and very proficient workers. They should be commended for their patience, respect, and professional behavior. They were very concerned about doing the job correctly. I was pleased that they made sure I knew what they had done when the job was completed. I recommend Superior Heating and Cooling to anyone with a great deal of enthusiasm.

Superior Heating & Cooling did a spectacular job installing my new air conditioner and furnace. Rick and Jesse were prompt, courteous, considerate of my home (covered the floor and carpeting where they were working and wore covers on their shoes when elsewhere in my house!), and did a terrific job with the installation. I would use them again without any hesitation. Thank you!!

We bought a whole new unit in the fall, and have had problems ever since we had our old unit since moving in 1984 never had major problems. Now we are very disappointed with Superior.

Customer has contacted us twice since equipment was installed in July of 2018.
Once before this review was written and once after it was written.
In April when we went out our Service Tech determined unit was running correctly – no problems.
In May when we went out our Service Tech found the breaker for the air conditioner broken in the breaker box. This is not anything we did.
We did not charge them for either Service Call.
So we truly have no idea what “have had problems ever since” means.
They have been our customer since 1994.
