Just had a new HVAC system installed yesterday. Andrew sold me my new system and assured me it would be installed in two days (before it got too hot!) at a very reasonable price.
Ben and Austin did a great job with the installation! They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They answered any questions I had, showed my how my new system worked and cleaned up after themselves. You would've never known they were there. I will recommend Superior to everyone that needs HVAC work done! Couldn't have been more pleased with the work or product! Thanks again!

My husband and I give 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship. From purchase thru installation we were treated with respect. There was no hassles with the purchase. Rick and Jesse arrived promptly and finished on schedule. All our questions were answered politely and completely. Total professionals. We highly recommend Superior!

Superior replaced my 25 year old furnace in January 2018 when it failed and did such a great job I decided to have them replace my other furnace and both AC units prior to them failing since they were also 25+ years old. They came out a did a great job evaluating my situation and making a recommendation on what units would best meet my needs. No pressure to buy or spend more than what I needed to. They installed all 3 systems in 1 day and cleaned up/removed all old systems. The new AC units are doing a much better job cooling the whole house, no more hot spots. Thanks for excellent workmanship and professionalism to Andrew, Rick, Ben, Jesse, and Austin.

Superior Heating and Cooling workers Ben and Jesse removed my 34 year old furnace and installed a new furnace. They did an excellent job of answering questions and cleaning up. They were very courteous and professional. They only sold me what I needed and did not pressure me to buy anything extra. The office called the county inspector. During the inspection, he commented on how well the unit was installed. Thank you on a great job.

Just had our new HVAC system installed. Our old system was 20yrs. old and it was time. Have always been pleased over the years with Superior so had no question who to call for a new HVAC system. Everyone I have ever had contact with from the girls answering the phone to the sales, service and installation have been professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have been pleased with this process. The appointment to submit a quote for the system was done promptly without pressure. Upon me making my decision, we were allowed to choose the date for installation. When the two installers arrived, promptly, I will add, they worked diligently and were completed with the task of installing a complete system cleaned up the space, and explained its operations. They came with high recommendations and so far, I have not been disappointed. Installed 4/2019.

Our furnace broke first thing in the morning this past week. We called for service repairman around 8-830. The technician guy was at our house within the hour. He found our 20 year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. He also found the flame sensor was causing furnace to not turn on. We got a new furnace with a humidifier installed the same day. The crew was at our house within a couple of hours, and finished the job a few hours later, as expected. There was a hiccup with the humidifier after they left, which we called about. They came back and fixed it. Job site was clean.

This past week we had Andrew, From Superior Heating and Cooling, give us a proposal for a new HVAC System including installing additional AIR QUALITY equipment (three components). He was very professional and, after reviewing our existing equipment, gave us a very competitive bid for a new BRYANT HVAC SYSTEM which would meet the needs of our home and also greatly improve our home air quality. Buy the way, the BRYANT SYSTEM can be controlled "OFFSITE" through our wireless network!!
On 3/27/19 Superior installed the new system and we were very pleased with the whole install crew. Rick ( Install Supervisor ), Jessie and Justin did a great job. Thy kept us informed as the work progressed and answered any questions we had during the 6 hour install process. When work was completed Andrew and Rick showed us how the system works including setting up the Wireless. Also the work area was completely cleaned when the install team left our property.
We have dealt with Superior for just about 30 years now and highly recommend then for your home heating or cooling needs.

We had an oversized AC unit (installed by another company) that causes problems because it cools the air quickly and fails to remove moisture. After the issue was identified, Superior HVAC helped us cope with the problem unit for about a year. When we were ready to replace the problem HVAC system, Andrew from Superior explained our options and helped us decide which right-sized unit was best for us.
The installation crew called ahead and arrived on time. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant. They even worked carefully outside to have minimum impact on the surrounding flower bed. They left the inside as clean as when they started. After installation was completed, they explained the features of the new unit, so we were comfortable using the updated thermostat.
We are pleased with the new system which works wonderfully.

Very professional and competent serviceman. He did a great job and replaced old parts that had a leak. Everyone should get the yearly spring check up. They sent emails to kept us informed about the serviceman’s arrival times and included a brief bio. and a picture of the him. I recognized him from work done in past visits. I like that! I will recommend Superior HVAC service to my friends and family.

I called Superior Heating & Cooling at 7:45 A.M. to report furnace not working. We decided the old furnace was not worth repairing. Rick and his Superior crew had a new furnace & A/C installed by 4:00 P.M. the same day for a very reasonable price. They were clean, courteous and respectful.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced 2/13/19. Service was great. The installers did quality work in a timely manor. Only one small negative, with the outside being wet & a bit muddy lately, some mud was tracked into the basement. I as still giving 5-stars as nothing was damaged, I just have to mop up afterwards.
Overall, a good job by the Superior Heating & Cooling Team. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

We had two furnaces and two air conditioners installed today in our home. They arrived on time and quickly began working. They were extremely professional, clean, and respectful towards our home and living quarters. When the job was completed, the cleaned up and you would not have known we had 6 workers in our home all day . They were patient in instructing us how to operate the systems with the new thermostats. I would highly recommed their services, as they were knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional.

I have been a customer of Superior Heating and Cooling for nearly 30 years. When our furnace failed yesterday, they were here today. The 26 year old furnace needed replacing. They began mid morning, and have just finished, two hours past noon.

Dave and Justin are the best installers, and Jennifer was great assistance in the office.

I cannot recommend Superior Heating and Cooling high enough. They are the best.

Rick and Jeff, the installers, worked so efficiently we hardly knew they were here, and down time on our heating was minimal! They also left our basement clean. Requested a quote to replace our 20 year old HVAC, which also happened to have been installed by Superior. Superior provide three different configurations for our review. Andrew *** explained in detail the various options. Having the different options allowed us to better compare the competitive quotes we had received. Superior allow us to schedule the installation at our convenience. The installation started on time and was completed within the expected time frame.

I hired this company to repair my furnace. They sent out a technician that could not fix the problem and I paid the bill by credit card $991.00 that day. A sales person came out and stated that if I purchased a new system they would credit the bill the original bill of $991.00 toward the total cost of new system. I was led to believe that the total cost for both units would be $12,143.00 and after manufacture rebates a total of $10,343.00 . I paid them in full $12,143.00 by check, and later noticed that without my knowledge they charged my credit card they had on file an additional $3,865.00. The company stated that all the previous payments were for just the one unit , however the proposal clearly shows both units on the paper. He did not itemize any pricing on the proposal only the product and a total. I feel this company mislead me into what was included for the amount of money I was being charged.

We are truly sorry *** is upset about this situation.

We initially went out to *** house the afternoon of Friday, January 11, 2019, in the middle of the snow storm. Our service tech replaced the flame sensor and the gas valve. Please find the itemized service ticket attached for $991.00. This appeared to take care of the problem.

*** called us the next day on Saturday afternoon the 12th and said that the furnace was still not heating like it should. He asked us to come back out on Monday the 14th to check it over again.

When we returned on Monday, January 14th it was determined that the roll out limit was tripped and the second heat exchanger clogged causing heat not to flow. *** was quoted a price of $4865 for a new furnace. We took the $1000 paid from Friday off of the pricing, so final cost of the first furnace was $3865. In addition *** is receiving a $700 gift card from *** as part of a promo. Please see service ticket attached.

When *** found out about the *** $700 gift card promo, along with the *** rebates he was interested in replacing another smaller furnace and 2 air conditioners in his home. Superior’s Comfort Specialist went out to *** home and presented him with the proposal attached on Wednesday, January 16th. The proposal clearly spells out the costs and what he is purchasing. The proposal states *** equipment; including 1 furnace and 2 AC’s... it does not state 2 furnaces because the other furnace was already installed and paid for on Monday, January 14th.

The proposal was for a total of $12,143, which again included 1 furnace and 2 AC’s, along with a humidifier. In addition an Air Scrubber was included at no additional cost, a $1000+ value. *** agreed to this proposal, signed the proposal and we did the installation on January 17th. On this proposal *** is also receiving $1,100 in *** rebates and another $700 gift card from Bryant.

*** states that we charged his credit card we had on file for the $3865, without his knowledge... that is not correct. We do not keep any credit cards on file, so that is not possible. We charged his credit card on Friday, January 11th for $991 and on Monday, January 14th when the original furnace was sold, for $3865. The authorization code is written on both of the service tickets attached. Both service tickets were signed by Mr. Pirtle. Our credit card processor’s statements (Heartland) are attached, showing exactly what was charged and when... and confirming that both times the card was in fact swiped by our technician, and that nothing was saved.

*** signed both of the service tickets and the proposal... so we were quite surprised to hear from him that he felt we owed him money back.

I have also attached a copy of the printed invoices, showing the equipment he purchased and received with both installs, along with the prices. *** customer record is attached so you can see the list of the equipment that was installed, along with the dates.

Superior Electric installed my furnace about two weeks ago and did a super job. They set up the furnace according to my needs and now I don't have to do anything to mess with my thermostat. They were professional, courteous and pleasant. I recommend them highly.
