SSI’s Survey Points Club is an online panel/community, in which members of *** Guest Rewards Loyalty Program can receive *** Guest Rewards Points for completing surveysFor completing surveys, SSI may offer points or SSI may offer a dollar amount convertible into Points The points only offers are straight-forward and not subject to dispute by this memberThe member is disputing SSI’s conversion of an offer in dollars into *** Guest Rewards PointsSSI has created the conversion rate based upon information provided by or through ***SSI does not base its conversion rate on the conversion rates of other partners within the *** Guest Rewards Loyalty ProgramSSI has no information on such third parties activities or conversion rates and SSI’s program is designed based upon SSI’s program and activitiesSSI uses the same conversion rate for all panelists, therefore, the individual making this complaint was not subject to any discriminatory or different treatment.

I love giving my opinion and I get perks as a reward. I tried to cash out my survey points only to get a message saying there was an issue with my account. I now see that I've been locked out of all SSI surveys. I did violate and terms nor did I fraudulently five information that was bad. I have been trying to update my profile across all sites and it is causing problems with my responses is the only thing I can think of. If that's the case that us not due to my lack of trying. I have. I have wasted days, weeks and months of input only to be locked out. What a huge slap in the face. Everyday I took dedicated time giving my opinion. What a let down. Such a shame. Makes me feel taken advantage of and stupid for trusting them. I've reached out to customer service and haven't heard anything as of yet. I sent a private message. Hopefully that's quicker. I read online that thus is a wide spread problem. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of elderly, disabled fixed income clients.

I am rejecting this response because:
I didn't see anywhere on their website where it stated that members have to wait 72 hours until AFTER I tried to claim my [redacted] gift card. Something like that should be stated in their question and answer section. Moreover, what kind of fraudulent activity was found? If there was some type of fraud going on, wouldn't someone have emailed me about it? I am not intentionally committing fraud nor do I even know what type of fraud they "claim" I committed. I have done these surveys fair and square and I would like my [redacted] gift card emailed to me and then I will promptly cancel my account since apparently there is no communication. I will not sit and be denied something that I have earned.
