Survey Sampling International Reviews (126)

Review: I am a member of [redacted] a wholly owned company of Survey Sampling International, LLC. This site allows one to earn minute amounts of money for completing surveys. When attempting to cash out the $13 I had earned, my account was immediately frozen and suspended for "data concerns". After reviewing the Terms and Conditions of the website to ensure that I had not unknowingly violated any of them, I contacted the business ([redacted]) to find out why my account had been suspended. The response I received was a generic response stating that it could have been any number of reasons, but giving no specific details. This is the second time that my account has been suspended, and neither time has a reason been given. I believe that this is a scam the company enables to allow it to not have to pay out for surveys completed.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that [redacted] credit me for the $13 earned and in my account, either via PayPal or by check.I am also asking that [redacted] either give a specific reason for my account being deactivated, or for them to reactivate my account.

To whom this may concern:

Mr. Frye's account was already reactivated and he was able to redeem 205 Opinion points ($20.50) on 1/13/2014 through the PayPal reward option. His survey accounts with SSI ([redacted] OpinionWorld, and SurveySpot) were all suspended, because he was caught accessing more than one (1) survey at a time. This was the very same reason his accounts were suspended back on 7/20/2013. He was given a warning for both counts, to access only 1 survey at a time. This means, making sure he only has 1 survey window or tab opened at a time. If he is disqualified from the current survey he accessed for example, he should close that window or tab first before accessing another survey opportunity. The next time his accounts are suspended for the same offense, we will no longer reactivate them. This shall be our final warning. We look forward to his understanding and cooperation.

Yours truly,

I am rejecting this response because:

Review: Hi my name is [redacted] I've been working for Survey Sampling International for a few weeks (an online survey company). Once you reach a hundred points from filling out surveys and redeem them for cash on [redacted] they are suppose to deposit 10 dollars into your paypal. I've redeemed 100pts on two separate occasions once on Apr 25 2015 and the second on May 1 2015. On the opinion outpost site it says both of these were deposited into my [redacted] with success, which is not the case. They send you an email saying confirm payment, and when you click on it it takes you to [redacted] but no funds are posted there. I called [redacted] to make sure it wasn't on their end and they confirmed there is no record of any money from Survey Sampling. When I try to contact Survey Sampling they send me generic emails saying they are trying to fix the problem. It's been 7 days! since the first payment was supposed to be issued.Desired Settlement: I would like my $20 put in my [redacted] account immediately. I also wonder if you would like to work for free? How would you feel if you just went to work everyday and had to fight for your payment. I have bills to pay shame on you Survey Sampling for ripping off people just trying to get by.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Ive been waiting for so long for my money they keep saying there going to pay me and they havent this is just more lip service from them.

Review: I did a three day survey online for [redacted]) on March 3rd of this year. I was told I would get paid $50 for my time. After four weeks, when I did not receive payment or hear from this company, I contacted them by phone. I was told someone would call me back. After three days and two more phone calls, I finally got an email in response telling me that the three day project was done through Survey Sampling International and that [redacted] paid them and in turn they were suppose to pay me. [redacted] claimed to have contacted this Survey Sampling Int. and confirmed they said they had paid me. I told them I had not been paid. I was told someone from Survey Sampling INT. would contact me. I even contacted them through their website several times and never received word back. After trying a week, I emailed [redacted] again and asked them to try to get someone to email me. They did that the very day and said someone would contact me that afternoon, however, I never heard a word. I have emailed [redacted] and told them if they paid this SSI company to pay me, then they need to research what happened to their money because it was not sent to me.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

Anything would be a help. I do think any company, online or not, should be able to promise to pay someone for a job over any amount of time, and then not follow through. Especially after trying for days to reach someone and no one would take the time to do what is right. I don't expect to be compensated now because I believe this company gets away with this stuff. I want it known what they are up to. I would like you to contact them in regard to

To whom this may concern:

SSI had already been in touch with Sherry E. Alger. An email was sent to her on 21-APR-2014 from our SSI Surveys Helpdesk, informing her that her SurveySpot account was already credited with 5,500 points for completing the study in question. The incentive, worth $55, was credited to her SurveySpot account on 16-APR-2014. We kindly ask that this case be closed as resolved.

Thank you!
